MEETING SPACES BOARDROOM Overlooking the Boardwalk Plaza, this 476 sq. ft. meeting room hosts a stationary conference table with 16 executive board chairs includes erasable boards located at each end of the room, television & VCR. Daily rental is $450. BALLROOM Approximately 1007 sq. ft., the Ballroom has a maximum capacity of 70 people. Various set ups are available from u-shape, theater and rounds. Some set ups may only accommodate a maximum of 60 people. Daily rental is $500. Room rentals have an added 13% tax and 20% service charge, with 1st day deposit required. Rental does not include catering and AV requirements. Deposit is required for meeting space to be considered definite; deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates in the event of a cancellation on client s part.
CATERING GENERAL INFORMATION MENU SELECTIONS The banquet menu is intended to be a guide to assist you in your menu selections. We welcome the opportunity to create special menus to suit your needs. If you would like to personalize your event or for additional suggestions, please speak to your Catering Representative. PRICING An applicable sales tax and 20% service charge will be added to all food and beverage items. ROOM AND RENTAL Function rooms are assigned according to the guaranteed number of guests. The Kemah Boardwalk reserves the right to move a group to a suitable room with prior notification. GUARANTEES To ensure the best possible food and beverage service, the Kemah Boardwalk requires notification of the guaranteed number of guests 72 hours in advance of your function. If a guarantee is not provided, the expected number at the time of original booking will represent the minimum billing. CATERING POLICY It is the policy of the Kemah Boardwalk to prohibit anyone from bringing food and/or beverage products from outside the restaurant. We will provide all necessary catering arrangements during your visit to our facility. BILLING The Kemah Boardwalk requests a deposit at the time the banquet space is reserved. Payment in full is due 72 HOURS prior to your event, unless credit approval has been established before the event. With credit approval, payment is due no later than 30 days upon completion of the function.
