Package A1 Elephant Safari & Rafting. (Full Day Tour) A pleasant scenic trip north by minibus along the Chiang Mai Fang route. Amidst lush tropical jungle at an elephant camp, see a demonstration of how talented and trained elephants are used for work in the timber industry pushing, pulling and rolling logs using their tusks, trunks and feet then, enjoy an exciting elephant ride over hills and into the lush jungle. Swing with the sway is what it s all about, but hang on tight folks. After the ride, have lunch under the shade. Then enjoy a Huckleberry Finn bamboo rafting trip for an hour on the placid, serene river. On the Drive back to town, stop to visit an orchid farm filled with exotic orchids in bloom. Package A2 Jungle Flight Full Day Pick up time 4 Trips/day Pick up 06:30-07:00 am. Pick up 07:30-08:00 am. Pick up 08:30-09:00 am. Pick up 12:30-13:00 pm. Package A: Round trip transfer, 22 Platforms, 2 Sky bridges, 3 Abseil, 1 Spiral stairway 20 minutes hike to waterfall, 1 Thai style lunch included, fresh fruits, drinking water, visit the hot spring. Package B: Round trip transfer, 33 Platforms, 2 Sky bridges (300 meters of the Longest and Highest (40-50 meters) spans of cable),4 Abseil, 1 Spiral stairway (570 meters suspended Canopy & Swing walk), 10 minutes hike to Waterfall, Scaling net, with a choice of final stations, 1 Jungle picnic snack, 1 Thai style lunch included, fresh fruits, drinking water finally visit the hot spring. Package A3 One Day Elephant Care Camp & Mahout Training Pick up by 8.00-8.30 a.m. from the hotel. Then, we will drive to a local market to buy fresh fruits such as banana, water melon, sugarcane or other fruits for feeding to the elephants. After that, we proceed to the elephant camp at Tung La Korn village to meet our staff. The trainer will give you the mahout set to change clothes into the mahout clothes. After that you will familiarize with the elephant by feeding them some fruits. Next, the trainer will give information all about elephants. After that we will start the introduction of mahout training course. In the course you will learn how to speak to the elephant in basic mahout language, how to control and ride, and you will be trained to ride on its neck by using many different techniques. The trainer will let you practice how to control and ride until you are accustomed to the elephant. After that will be time for have lunch and relaxation. After lunch the trainer will let you control your elephant by yourself to the river (1 elephant for 2 people). where you will bathe and brush your elephant. There will be an adventure ride following the river by scenic walk with open views of the surrounding hills as well as the fields of local people. And then take the elephant to the mud pool, where you can enjoy a mud bath with elephant if you wish. After at the mud pool you will also learn to re- plant food for the elephants to ensure a sustainable food supply for the elephants. After a rest will be a picture session to give good memories and say goodbye to Mahouts and all lovely elephants. Package B1 Half Day Elephants at Work & Orchid Farm Pick up by 8:00-8:30 from the Hotel A short peasant trip out into the country - side. In lush jungle north of the city, a demonstration of how talented and trained elephants are used in the timbe industryis held. Using their tusks, trunks and feet, they push, pull and roll logs in unison. Observe how strong their trunks are. This is a great opportunity for you to experience an elephant ride. (The ride is optional and extra). On returning, stop to visit an orchid farm filled with magnificent orchid blooms in a dazzling array of colors.
Package B2 Half Day 4 Different Hill Tribes Pick up by 8.00-8.30 a.m. from the hotel. Then we will drive you about 30 minutes up north of Chiang Mai, to the area of hill tribes, and we will visit Long neck, Big ears and other hill tribes, including Lisu, Lahu, Meo and Palong. Here you can walk around, take photos of the hill tribe people or photos of the place where they live and also you can talk to them. The guide can understand their language and the guide will give you all information about the hill tribe, where they are from, their culture and the history.
Package B3 Half Day City Orientation Tour (08.00 12.00 am, 1.00 5.00 pm) Visit and explore 5 of the most revered temples in Chiang Mai. All constructed during the Lanna Period (1297 AD 1411 AD), each temple reflects the glory, splendors and nobility of that rich historical era. Exotic fruits, local delicacies, reasonably priced clothes galore and the hustle and bustle of market life awaits your discovery at the village. Observe world renowned native handicrafts actually being crafted by master craftsmen and their assistants. Elaborate teak wood carvings in hundreds of forms and sizes, intricate handmade silverware, high fired celadon, lustrous black lacquer ware, Thai silk and cotton being woven in the ancient, traditional method on rustic wooden looms, primitive paper making process, handmade paper and silk parasols in a dazzling blaze of rainbow hues. Package B4 Half Day Doi Suthep Temple & King s Winter Palace (09.00-12.00 am, 2.00-5.00 pm) A winding drive up 4,300 feet above sea level to visit Phuping Palace, their Majesties Winter residence. Enjoy a pleasant stroll through gardens abundant with a rainbow blaze of Multi - colored flowers that bloom all year round. Then visit Wat Prathat Doi Suthep, the symbol of Chiang Mai, where the relic of the Lord Buddha is enshrined. A panoramic view of town and the surrounding country side can be seen from the top. (On days when the Winter Palace is closed, Wat Phra Singh and Wat Chedi Luang will be substituted instead)
