We are closed Boxing Day. CANCELLATION POLICY New Year s Eve New years eve is a ticket only event. Early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. For tickets returned before up to October 31st October 2018 we offer a 100% refund. For tickets returned between 1st and 30th November 2018 a 50% refund is offered We are unable to refund any tickets returned from 1st December 2018. All tickets must be returned for a refund to be completed. Christmas Day and Dine & Disco Party nights We can hold a date for you as a provisional booking for 14 days after which we require a deposit of 10 per person to confirm your booking. A deposit constitutes a firm booking and is non refundable. Final Number, payments and menu choices are due 14 days before your event. Places cancelled 14-7 days before your event will receive a full refund (excluding deposit). Places cancelled from 7 days will not receive a refund although you may transfer the place to an additional guest. Deposits for cancelled places can be transferred to an additional guest as their deposit but will not be refunded under any circumstances and cannot be used as credit against any other aspect of the booking.
