Melbourne Whisky Room The Melbourne Whisky Room, as an extension of Whisky and Alement, is the opening of the archive that owners Brooke Hayman and Julian White have been building over the past eight years. This is a collection of our favourites and rarities where you ll find historically significant bottlings and hidden gems usually relegated to collector s shelves. Our cellar also holds a large collection of rare bottles available for sale by the bottle. Ask one of our team for more details. Since then, demand for these whiskies has grown and our archive of SMWS bottlings is now available for you to try at the Melbourne Whisky Room.
