MILL AFTERNOON TEA Do you have a special occasion coming up or just want to give yourself a treat? Book a quintessentially English teatime experience (invented in Bedfordshire in the 1840 s) served overlooking the beautiful River Ivel in our Riverside Café. Our Mill Afternoon Tea is served with homemade open rolls filled with ham, smoked salmon and cream cheese, egg and cress and cucumber There s more, you will also enjoy a jam and cream filled fruit scone, chocolate bavarois and fruit tart with crème patisserie topped with fresh fruit and apricot glaze. We haven t forgotten the children: they can enjoy their very own version with sandwiches, cakes and a home-made giant jammy dodger.
