INTRO Thank you for choosing Sodexo Catering Services at Bethel College for your upcoming event. We are pleased to offer delicious menu selections that range from a formal serviced meal to afternoon meetings. No matter the occasion, it is our goal to not only meet, but to exceed your expectations. Please browse through our guide as it has been prepared to help you in planning your special event. If you are looking for something specific, let our team know. We are happy to create a custom menu to fit your specific needs. POLICIES Room Reservations & Set Up All reservations for events and set up requests must be made by contacting the Conference Services Office at 574.807.7629. Booking Your Event We would like as much time as possible to help you plan your event. Please contact us at least two weeks prior so that we can ensure that we have the necessary products in house, staff scheduled, etc. We understand that this might not always be possible and will be happy to accommodate late notice as we are able. Special Dietary Requests Please let us know in advance if there will be any guests requiring special dietary restrictions including vegetarians & food allergies. We are happy to plan for and accommodate these needs. Guarantees For planning and ordering purposes, we will ask you for an estimated number of guests, as well as budget. A guaranteed count will be required 72 business hours prior to the event. Pricing Prices in this guide are for the 2015-2016 academic school year. Pricing is subject to change. Billing The final invoice will reflect the final guarantee count or actual count, whichever is greater. Cancellations Any cancellations made less than 3 business days prior to an event will be subject to a fee for non-usable items and labor that has been utilized towards the event. Unconsumed Food All food and beverage is intended for immediate consumption. The Food Services Department will not be liable for items after the event. 2
