Booking Information Reservations for group visits can be made by phoning Group Bookings on 01296 653209 (Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm), or email groups@waddesdon.org.uk We will then discuss with you the requirements of your group, including any access needs and coach parking arrangements and suggest a suitable itinerary. A completed Visit Schedule will be sent to you as confirmation of your reservation requesting any payments due. A group is defined as 15 or more and includes a free place to the organiser. In order to secure group rate on all admissions, tours and catering packages, the full cost of the visit must be paid two weeks in advance. Payment can be made over the telephone by MasterCard, VISA, American Express and BAC s transfer. Cheques should be made payable to The Rothschild Foundation and sent for the attention of Group Bookings. All prices include VAT. Special areas have been dedicated to coach parking near the North Fountain, a driver refreshment voucher will be provided.
