Up until now, there has been no platform for sharing information and promoting dialogue on these issues. As the organiser of the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles wine and spirits competition, Vinopres has been tasked with organising the 1 st Forum-Tasting that aims to become a seminal event in several respects. The Forum-Tasting will take place for the first time from October 10-12, 2016 in the Fangshan district of Beijing. Lastly, the Forum-Tasting will offer outstanding quality organisation. It will be divided into four distinct events held simultaneously or in succession: 1. Asian Tasting 2. Asian Conferences 3. Asian Masterclasses & Events 4. EXCERPT FROM EU REGULATIONS The competition is open to all wines, special wines and fortified wines in accordance with the definitions of the International Code of Winemaking Practices (under EEC regulations). A minimum 1,000 litres of the wine must be available and destined for retail in containers up to and including 2 litre formats. See other details and exceptions in paragraph II of the terms and conditions. The samples are presented in bottles with their original labels and presentation. Labelling must comply with EU regulations for wines destined for sale within the EU. PROCEDURES FOR THE ANALYSIS CERTIFICATE AND WINE ASSESSMENT Samples must be accompanied by a copy of the official analysis certificate containing at least the following information: 1.
