Vines must come in with a phytosanitary certificate, & prenotification
Vines MUST be imported from a certified source The only states with a grapevine certification program that meets our quarantine are: Oregon, California & Canada Clean Plant Center at Prosser or UC Davis

Assessments on sales An annual assessment shall be levied on the gross sale price of the wholesale market value for all plants of the genera Vitis produced in Washington, and sold within the state or shipped from the state by any licensed nursery dealer during any license period. This annual assessment is based on the first sale price of such nursery stock. The current rate of assessments is five (5) percent (not to exceed $0.10 per grapevine). Does not apply to rootstocks which are replanted and/or grafted or budded and planted for growing-on in the nursery.
