You are required to pay the final balance for the event and any beverage pre-orders, and submit meal pre-orders, by Wednesday 2 November, with the exception of Christmas Day and New Year s Eve packages, which are due by Thursday 1 December. Once full payment has been received, no refunds, exchanges or transfers can be made.
