3. HISTORY It all started with a food truck! Planet Grilled Cheese Food Truck opened its window in February 2016 and served its first gourmet grilled cheese in Tampa, FL. It was such a success that a couple of months later, some of the most successful shopping malls in the area contacted them with the opportunity to expand their business. In November 2016, their first location opened in the Lakeland Square Mall and gave the people what they were missing: a fast food restaurant serving fresh, crispy and cheesy made-to-order grilled cheese sandwiches! We opened a food truck and a store in a Mall in only couple of months 4. MISSION Planet Grilled Cheese s mission is to become a recognized brand in the new generation of family oriented restaurants by providing high quality ingredients and unique grilled cheese for the whole family! We don't just serve slices of bread with cheese in between! We offer our customers the ultimate grilled cheese experience thanks to our unique recipes. From the classic Plain that takes you back to your childhood to the Meat lovers for those with big appetites or the Turkey & Bacon Chipotle for the ones who like a little kick. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with delicious sandwiches, grilled and melted to perfection at affordable prices for breakfast, lunch and dinner along with extraordinary customer service.
5. COMPETITIVE EDGE QUALITY We take pride in serving grilled cheese sandwiches that are made-to-order, prepared and grilled to perfection. We make our grilled cheese with high quality cheeses, Artisan bread, and freshly cut vegetables and fruits. VARIETY We offer a large variety of sandwiches with different cheeses, bread and toppings. We also have up to five different sides as well as delicious options for dessert and snacks like mozzarella sticks and 100% real fruits smoothies. RAPIDITY The speed of service is essential in the restaurant industry. Thanks to our equipment you will be able to cook up to three grilled cheese sandwiches at a time in less than one minute. UNIQUE Our concept is unique, and our customers love our special items! Among others, we can offer grilled cheese Pretzel buns or croissants! We are also serving unique sides like our Mac n Cheese fries and we also offer a unique Nutella grilled cheese for dessert made with Nutella and mozzarella!.
