WHY PARTICIPATE? We re expecting more than 10,000 people to attend the ILLUMIN8 festival over the weekend. This will give you an opportunity to engage with new and existing customers who are already interested in similar products. ILLUMIN8 has evolved out of the very successful Festival of Light and due to demand become a weekend event. This year is also particularly significant as it welcomes home the internationally known Jade Buddha of Universal Peace. The festival celebrates peace and harmony inspired by Buddha's life, held annually at The Great Stupa. Visitors can walk through the Peace Park and interact with different light installations, travelling from one stage to the next experiencing multicultural performances. Browse market stalls, eat delicious vegetarian & vegan food and features a spectacular animated light and fireworks show. This pack contains everything you need to know about becoming involved. EVENT DETAILS Date/Time: Saturday 19th May 2018-12pm to 9pm Sunday 20th May 2018-12pm to 8pm Venue: The Great Stupa of Universal Compassion 25 Sandhurst Town Road, Myers Flat (Bendigo) VIC 3556 ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE Your stall must be set-up and operating over the 2-day period. All items available at ILLUMIN8 must be vegetarian or vegan. If your business makes or sells nonvegetarian/vegan items, please do not display or sell them. Please contact us if you're unsure about the items you plan to display or sell at the event. The organisers reserve the right to direct vendors to remove any items that are nonvegetarian from their stall. VENDOR TYPES - Food Vendor - Non-food Vendor

BYO camping is available on site upon request. Below is our 2018 site map. Green stalls are allocated to food vendors and white stalls are for everything else.

All stall prices are for both days. FOOD VENDOR A food vendor is a business that will be selling fully prepared hot or cold ready to eat meals e.g. food vans. Food Vendor Standard 3m x 3m space 1 trestle table & 2 chairs (if req) $500 Food Vendor Deluxe 3m x 6m space 1 trestle table & 2 chairs (if req) $800 Power Access Power can be provided free of charge. Please indicate your power requirements on the Vendor Details Form below. - 10 amp power outlet - 15 amp power outlet

Please park your vehicle in the Vendor Carpark at the rear of the Exhibition Building.
