Credit/debit and prepaid cards will be charged on the day the order is placed. Refunds or credits will be applied to the card used for the order (allow additional time for refunds/credits on prepaid cards). Access Securepak reserves the right to remove one or more items from the order due to insufficient payment. SALES TAX: Access Securepak is required to collect sales tax on all merchandise including the processing fee. The processing fee is taxed at the same rate as non- food items. Applicable rates for each facility will be found in the tax table below. Please see the tax calculation example below for more information on how to calculate tax. Tax calculation example: $15.75 food items total x 1.04 (tax rate) = $16.38 food items subtotal $3.50 non- food items total x 1.08 (tax rate) = $3.78 non- food items subtotal $4.00 processing fee x 1.08 (tax rate) = $4.32 processing fee subtotal $16.38 food items subtotal + $3.78 non- food items subtotal + $4.32 processing fee subtotal = $24.48 total amount due LIMITS: Maximum $20 of product per resident. Multiple packages can be ordered, and we will consolidate orders not to exceed the maximum $20 of product per program.
