To ensure a constant quality, we select quality fruits directly in the countries of producers and stock are made each year with different harvest. Colors toward taste, we personalize caramel product specially manufactured for your dairy, ice-creams, pastry, sauce and ready-cooked dish. Our aromatic caramels are in accordance with Norme AFNOR NF V00-100.
