Time in oak: 6 months This young wine with six months in barrel has been made seeking the highest expression of the grape, taking all possible flavors of the Tempranillo grape and maintaining a sweet and harmonious palate. The result, Paco García Seis, with great aromatic power, velvety mouth, awakening of the senses. TASTING NOTES Color: blackberry and ruby red, clean and bright. Nose: aromatic explosion. Strawberrries, raspberries, blackberries and violets. Palate: intense entry: tons of fresh red fruit, floral tones (violets), sweet (blackberries). Round mouth, full and pleasant. Time in oak: 12 months Modern, fruity, with the touch of oak of the aging just to give it roundness and volume on the palate. Wine designed for all, that we like and love, to delight and for our enjoyment. TASTING NOTES Color: Deep red color, clean and bright. Nose: live aroma of ripe fruit, figs, cherry. Sight hints of mint and fine toasted from the high quality oak with predominance aroma of caramel and coffee. Palate: velvety, very good acidity. It shows large, tasty and balanced. You would appreciate nuances dairy, floral (violet) and fruit (blackberry, coconut) lots of chocolate. long and persistent. Varietals: 100% Garnacha Alcohol: 14,3 % 10 months oak barrel WINEMAKING PROCESS Fresh and pleasant wine coming from a high altitude vineyard (615 metres) located in Murillo de Ria Leza. With this wine we have tried to bring out all the subtlety and elegance from the Garnacha variety. Composed by the Garnacha variety and picked manually from only one vineyard "Santa Ana" (1998) placed in Murillo de Rio Leza at 615 metres above sea level. The grapes are separated from the cluster and placed in a tank where they are left for 48 hours at a temperature between 5 and 10 Celsius degrees. Subsequently, fermentation (transforming sugar into alcohol) takes place at low temperatures. Our way of mixing the skins, seeds and liquid is through an innovative system of breaking up the cap by submerging it completely in the liquid. By this way we extract more colour and aromas from the grape variety. TASTING NOTES A high depth colour wine with shades of violet and purple. lt has a very intense and pleasant nose with a huge explosion of strawberries and rasp berries. Sweet floral notes, comming from honey and orange peel. With only 10 months in oak barrel this wine is been soaked by a velvety vanilla aroma that increase nicely this sweety part. lt is a fruity and juicy wine, and also powerful and enjoyable. TASTING NOTES Color: Bright, clean and very deep. Cherry red with a deep color coat. Nose: Complex. High content of black, compote ripe fruit, in a perfect balance with the oak. Palate: powerful and fleshy/meaty, round and velvet, unctuous and with volume. Polished tannins and notes of almond, plum and spice.
