Section 19: FRUIT & VEGETABLES Chief Steward: Mrs Judy Langdon Entry Fee: $1.00 Unless otherwise stated CLOSING TIMES FOR EACH SECTION ARE LISTED THROUGHOUT THE SCHEDULE SHOW OFFICE OPEN 8.30AM TO 5.00PM EACH DAY TWO WEEKS PRIOR TO THE SHOW EXCLUDING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY PAVILION IS OPEN FROM 10:00AM TO 8:00PM SATURDAY AND FROM 8:00AM TO 1:00PM SUNDAY. PAVILION WILL BE CLOSED FROM 1:00PM TO 2:00PM SUNDAY IN PREPARATION FOR COLLECTION OF EXHIBITS. EXHIBITS CAN BE COLLECTED BETWEEN 2:00PM AND 4.00PM ON SUNDAY 7 th AUGUST, 2016. EXHIBITORS WISHING TO SELL THEIR PRODUCE (EXCEPT COOKERY) AND DONATE THE PROCEEDS TO THE SHOW SOCIETY, CAN DO SO BY WRITING FOR SALE ON THE ENTRY FORM. ENTRY FORMS OR EXHIBITS ARE ABLE TO BE LEFT AT THE SHOW OFFICE THE WEEK BEFORE THE SHOW. CARE WILL BE TAKEN WITH EXHIBITS AGAINST LOSS OR DAMAGE, HOWEVER THE SARINA SHOW SOCIETY INC. WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE.
