Boathouse Lounge And Deck The Boathouse Lounge and Deck offers a spectacular waterfront location to host your guests during Seafair Weekend! Located inside the heart of Stan Sayres Pits, this beautiful, upper floor room offers sweeping views of Lake Washington and the Cascades! Filled with natural light and finished with natural wood, the room creates a warm, comfortable VIP setting and can accommodate up to 100 attendees. Elevator from lobby to upper floor making the room fully accessible Large outdoor deck (1,050 sq. ft) overlooking Lake Washington and the race course.
