In a pan, add mustard seeds and allow the mustard to splutter. Then add grated carrots, turmeric powder, spinach, coriander leaves, salt to taste and mix it well for a minute. Now take a bowl, add powdered oats mixture, salt, curd and stir it with a whisk to make a batter. You can add more curd to the mixture to form the consistency, but do not add water to the batter. Add vegetable mixture, fruit salt and Kissan Fresh Tomato Ketchup to the batter and mix it. Grease the idli steamer plates with oil and pour the batter. Steam idlis for 10-15 minutes. To know if the idlis are cooked, poke an idli with a toothpick and make sure the batter does not stick to the knife. Once done, remove the idlis and pack them in the tiffin.
