LARGE PARTY RENTAL PACKAGES Thank you for your interest in View for your event. This document offers space rental packages for large events with 100 guests or more. We are currently accepting event reservations for 2017 and beyond. Appointments to view the facility and discuss customizing your event can be made Monday Saturday from 9am-4:30pm. Please contact our Director of Events for Facility Terms of Agreement and/or additional questions. View has acquired its own liquor license and will provide the bar service in a separate contract. PACKAGE #1, ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR:$4,000 Includes: Full access to table and chair inventory, use of china, flatware, and glassware, ability to set up tent in parking lot and/or Courtyard, ability to set up tables/chairs/bars in Elaine Gould Performance Hall and/or Noonan Entrance Way, ability to have cocktail party in Art Galleries, catering kitchen, and access to our green room with private dressing tables and bathrooms. Event Length: Maximum 5 hours between 5:00pm Midnight on weekdays and 8am Midnight on Weekends. Events can be extended at additional charge of $350 per hour. PACKAGE #2, GOULD HALL & COURTYARD: $3,750 Includes: Full access to table and chair inventory, use of china, flatware, and glassware, ability to set up tents/tables/bars in parking lot and/or Courtyard, utilize Elaine Gould Performance Hall, walking access through Art Galleries for the first two hours, use of catering kitchen, and access to our green room with private dressing tables and bathrooms/showers. Event Length: Maximum 5 hours between 5:00pm Midnight on weekdays and 8am Midnight on Weekends. Events can be extended at additional charge of $300 per hour. PACKAGE #3, GOULD HALL: $3,200 Includes: Full access to table and chair inventory, use of china, flatware, and glassware, ability to set up tables/bars in Elaine Gould Performance Hall, use of catering kitchen, and access to our green room with private dressing tables and bathrooms. SMALL PARTY RENTAL PACKAGES Thank you for your interest in View for your event. This document offers space rental packages and prices for small events with 75 guests or less that require food and/or alcohol with limited decorations and use of our kitchen inventory. We are currently accepting event reservations for 2017 and 2018. Appointments to view the facility and discuss customizing your event can be made Monday Sunday. View has acquired its own liquor license and will provide the bar service in a separate contract. GOULD HALL: $700 for 75 Guests or less Additional hours can be added at a cost of $250.00 per hour. Includes: Ability to set up tables, chairs, small food station, and/or small bar in The Elaine Gould Performance Hall along with access to our green room with private dressing tables and bathrooms. weekdays, 8am Midnight. NOONAN ENTRANCE WAY AND ART GALLERIES: $600 for 100 Guests or less Includes: Ability to set up tables, chairs, small food station, and/or bar in Noonan Entrance Way, ability to serve light h ourderves and set up one bar in Art Galleries, along with access to our green room with private dressing tables and bathrooms. COURTYARD: $500 for 100 Guests or less Includes: Ability to set up tent for 100 guests or less, tables, chairs, small food station, and/or small bar in Courtyard, and access to our green room with private bathrooms. ENTIRE FIRST FLOOR ( includes Gould Hall, Courtyard, Noonan Entrance way & Galleries) $1000 Includes: Ability to set up tables, chairs, food station, and/or bar along with access to our green room with private dressing tables and bathrooms. Cocktail Hour in the Galleries. weekdays, 8am Midnight. DOUBLE CLASSROOM: $350 for 35 guests Includes: Ability to set up tables, chairs, and small food station in our Double Classroom. Open Bar Packages The View Arts Beverage Packages are based on a per person cost and require a 20 person minimum guarantee. Beverage Packages require a 3 hour minimum. Prices below require a food accompaniment (by your caterer). Tax and Gratuity are not included in Open Bar Package Pricing*** If alcoholic drinks are served, View requires that guests are not permitted to take drinks off-site for consumption. The beverage license requires View to: request proper identification (photo ID) of any person of questionable age and right to refuse service if the person is either underage or cannot provide proper identification. 1. Refuse alcoholic beverage service to any person who in the events judgment appears intoxicated. 2. If the management and staff determine underage drinking is taking place, View reserves the right to end the function with no refund. 3. View is responsible for providing all alcoholic beverages. Any special requests will be an additional fee. *Prices are subject to change*

VIEW FACILITY RENTAL TERMS This document pertains to the rental of The Arts Guild of Old Forge, Inc. herby known as View building spaces and equipment for all outside events such as but not limited to parties, receptions, wedding ceremonies, and conferences. HOURS: 4 Hour Rental time All Gallery spaces and the Noonan Entranceway are available between 5pm 12am. Gould Hall and the Courtyard are available between 8am 12am. EXTENSIONS: Rental agreements may be extended to a maximum of seven (7) hours at specified rate. CAPACITY: Please reference Rental Space Descriptions for Capacity estimates. Extensions will be charged at $350 per hour SMOKING POLICY: View adheres to a strict no-smoking policy, both indoors and in any outdoor area connected with the facility. DINNER INVENTORY: Twenty (20) sixty (60) inch round tables seating 8-10 guests Fifteen (15) rectangular tables seating 10-12 guests Six (6) Five (5) foot tables with wheels Fifteen (15) six (6) foot tables with wheels Four (4) eight (8) foot tables with wheels Two Hundred (200) Black Cushioned Chairs Sixty (60) Stacking Chairs Two Hundred (200) White China Dinner Plates Two Hundred (200) White China Salad Plates Two Hundred (200) Dinner Knives, Forks, and Spoons. Twenty (20) Bread Baskets Two (2) large coffee urns A/V EQUIPMENT: Additional Fee $150 for Projector & Screen includes an AV Tech person for 1 hour Podium Wireless Microphone DECORATIONS: All decoration plans must be submitted to View at least thirty (30) days prior to event for approval. There are restrictions on decorations such as open flames, glue, tacks, glitter, rice, confetti, silly string, certain live plants/flowers, and/or decorations that are attached in a way that will harm the facility.

DANCEFLOOR/TENT: If the Licensee would like to set up a dance floor or tent, dimensions and details must be submitted thirty (30) days before event date. Please note that if the tent is located in the Courtyard that the ground is soft so outdoor seating must be rented from an outside party if desired. The Licensee is responsible for procuring, set up, and take down of a dance floor and/or tent. The largest tent that can fit in our Courtyard is 40X60 (seating ~200). Tent permit required by TOW and must be secured by licensee or designee. CATERING SERVICES: The Licensee must submit catering permit of desired catering service to View ten (10) days prior to event date. In addition to the catering permit, caters must sign the facility catering agreement and return to View's Director of Events with the required insurance certificate. Please note that the catering permit must be obtained for Herkimer County. If the permit is not for our county the catering service must apply for a Temporary Food Service Permit from the Department of Health for Herkimer county by calling 315-866-6879 or applying online. Service vehicles may be temporarily parked in the loading area. The Licensee is responsible for ensuring that their hired catering service follow all regulations outlined in this document. All catering services provided must provide evidence of insurance and a certificate as set forth below. ALCOHOL POLICY: View has a full NY State liquor license and will provide the bar service for your event at an additional cost and contract. Due to New York State Liquor laws, all alcohol consumed on property must be purchased through View with no exceptions. STAFF: A min of one staff member will be on site for the duration of the event. For large parties over 100 people 2 View staff are required. ART WORK: Artwork may not be moved, covered or altered in any way. There are no exceptions to this policy. Licensee is responsible for full cost of any damaged or removed artwork. PARKING: Parking for up to seventy (70) cars is available in View s parking lot with (20) spaces available for overflow on the grass. If Licensee expects more than ninety (90) cars they must make outside arrangement that follow town regulations and permit policies.

SET-UP: Decorators and caterers will not have access to the Gallery spaces or the Noonan Lobby for set-up until the Galleries close at 5pm. If there are no pre-existing conflicting events, decorators and caterers will have access to the Kitchen, Gould Hall and the Courtyard at 12pm the day before event date in order to set-up. View staff members will provide the initial set up of View equipment only. Rearrangement or movement of View furniture (including the Grand Piano) will be done only with the permission and under the supervision of View staff members. Extra material and equipment set up/take down will be the responsibility of the Licensee at the times specified in the rental agreement. CLEAN UP: The Licensee is expected to leave the premises as found upon arrival, including supervising that your chosen catering service removes all items and cleans kitchen area. The Licensee is responsible for all items and View equipment provided in for the function, including (but not limited to) tables, linens, chairs, dishes, and cutlery. View management assumes no responsibility or liability for lost, broken, damaged, or missing items. View staff will provide plastic bags for the Licensee and will designate where bagged trash may be stored. All guests, decorations, food, vehicles, catering materials, and all outside equipment that is not owned by View must be completely off the premise by expiration of contract time. Licensee will be charged $300 per hour for any event, including take down and clean up, which exceeds the specified contract event time to cover expenses and staff time. DISCOUNTS: Non Profit agencies will receive a 25% discount on rental fee. Discount can only be applied toward contracted rental fee and is not applicable to the security deposit or fees incurred from time extensions exceeding contracted time. INSURANCE: The Licensee and any catering service must provide a certificate of insurance sixty (60) days prior to event date which names View as an additional insured party on their policy with a minimal general liability of $1,000,000. The Licensee will indemnify and hold View, View management, all subsidiaries of View and their representatives, directors, officers, agents, and employees (hereinafter the Indemnified Parties ) harmless from and against all claims, losses, costs, damages, expenses or liability, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney fees and expenses, arising as a result of any accident, injury to or loss of or damage to any property occurring on or about View premises or any part, or (a) any negligence or torturous act on the part of the Licensee or any of its employees,

agents, or guests, and (b) any violation or infringement of any copyright, right of privacy, patent, trademark, or other statutory or common law right of any person (including without limitation slander, libel, or any other form of defamation). RESERVATION/SECURITY DEPOSIT: In order to guarantee desired event date, time, and space, a $500 deposit will be required upon signing of contract and maybe accepted as early as one (1) year prior to event date. View will not remove the desired date, time, or space from the availability list until this deposit is received. Said deposit also serves as a security deposit to cover cancellations and any incurred property damages by the Licensee. The deposit cannot be used toward the rental fee, but will be refunded with in ten (10) days of the event, except in the case that the event is cancelled (see cancellation policy) or if View incurred property damages in which case you will be so advised. PAYMENT STRUCTURE: Ninety (90) days prior: $500 Reservation/Security Deposit due Sixty (60) days prior: Minimum of 50% of rental fee due Thirty (30) days prior: 100% of balance due CANCELLATION POLICY: All requests for cancelations by Licensee must be submitted in writing to View View may cancel the event if all due contract items are not received by specified dates Canceled sixty (60) days or more prior to event date: View will retain $500 Reservation/Security Deposit. If other payments were made they will be refunded. Canceled sixty (60) days or less to event date: View will retain $500 Reservation/Security Deposit and 50% of fee. If other payments were made they will be refunded. Canceled thirty (30) days or less: View will retain $500 Reservation/Security Deposit and 100% of rental fee. Liability: View cannot assume responsibility for any lost or damaged items or personal property. After event, View is not responsible for any items left behind and reserves rught to dispose of anything.
