Welcome to the PW1 Protein Cookbook If you re someone who s trying to increase their protein intake, you ll know it s not always easy to get enough protein from meat, fish and pulses, particularly after a workout or if you re busy. A protein supplement is a convenient way to ensure your body gets the right building blocks for muscles immediately after a workout, or as a meal replacement on the go. Cold Brew Coffee Smoothie ½ banana. Blend with ice cubes. ½ tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla powder ½ cup (120ml) almond milk 1 cup (240ml) cold brew coffee 1 serving of PW1 Vanilla 4

Nut Butter Blend 1 ½ cups (360ml) almond milk. If you want it a little less sweet, 2 dates skip the dates or the honey. ½ tsp honey ½ tsp cinnamon ½ banana 1 tbsp almond butter 1 serving of Chocolate PW1 5

6 Berry Blend 4 cups (960ml) almond milk. Blend thoroughly and top with 1 ½ cups of frozen berries more bee pollen. 1 serving Puori G3 1 serving PW1 Vanilla 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 tbsp almond butter ½ tsp of bee pollen

Chocolate Veg Smoothie 2 cups (480ml) cold water 1 serving PW1 Chocolate 1 banana ½ cup of frozen spinach ½ an orange (peeled) ¼ tsp of cinnamon ¼ tsp vanilla Sprinkle of Himalayan sea salt. Add ingredients to a blender and thouroughly blend. 7

Pumpkin Spice Protein Smoothie 1 ¼ cups (300ml) of almond milk. Add ingredients to a blender and mix. 1 cup (240ml) of pumpkin puree (canned). Top with a dash of pumpkin spice to finish. 1 frozen banana 1 serving PW1 Vanilla 1 tsp pumpkin spice 8

Coffee Orange Mocha 9 1 ½ cups (360ml) of whole milk. Combine in a blender with ice, top 1 serving of PW1 Chocolate with a strawberry. 1 tbsp of instant coffee ¼ of a large orange Splash of vanilla extract / vanilla powder Dash of sea salt Dash of cinnamon

Chocolate Chai Blend 1 serving of PW1 Chocolate 1 banana 1 tsp peanut butter (or another nut butter) 1 cup (240ml) whole milk 1 handful ice 1 tsp cacao nibs 1 tsp cardamom ¼ tsp cinnamon powder 2 dates. Blend thoroughly and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon. 10

Banana Pancakes 3 eggs. Mix eggs, bananas, protein powder, cardamom, 3 bananas, mashed blueberries. ½ cup (90g) of blueberries (fresh or frozen) 1 tsp cardamom. Top the pancakes with fresh blueberries in a bowl. Whisk until it becomes an airy batter. 03. Add ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. 1 serving of PW1 Chocolate, Vanilla or Blackcurrant 04. Cook 1-2 minutes on each side until finished. Butter for frying 05. Serve! 11

Strawberry Popsicles 12 For the Chocolate Banana Layer 1 serving of PW1 Chocolate PW1 Vanilla or Blackcurrant tastes great too! 1 large ripe banana 1 cup (240ml) of plant or coconut milk. In a blender, combine the banana, PW1 and plant or coconut milk. Blend on high for 15 to 20 seconds or until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into the popsicle molds and freeze for 20 to 30 minutes or until slightly firm. For the Strawberry Layer 1 cup (125g) strawberry 1 cup (240ml) of plant or coconut milk ½ tbsp raw honey. Combine the strawberries, plant or coconut milk, and honey in the blender. Blend on high for 15 to 20 seconds or until the mixture is smooth. Pour the mixture into a measuring cup with a spout. Equipment 12 popsicle molds 03. Repeat with the strawberry mixture. Repeat again until the molds are nearly full. Insert the popsicle stick. Freeze for 2 to 3 more hours until completely solid.

Chia Pudding 1 serving of PW1 Chocolate, Vanilla or Blackcurrant 1 cup (240ml) almond or coconut milk 5 tbsp chia seeds Optional toppings: Fresh berries, shredded coconut, chopped almonds. In a large bowl, combine the PW1 and almond or coconut milk. Whisk very well for 15 to 20 seconds or until everything is combined. Whisking constantly, slowly pour in the chia seeds. Don t add all the chia seeds in at once or they ll form big lumps. Whisk for another 15 seconds then refrigerate the mixture.. Stir the mixture occasionally for the next 30 to 60 minutes while it firms up in the refrigerator. 03. Top the chia pudding with fresh berries, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, etc. 13

14 Raw Cake 1 cup (90g) of dates (pitted and soaked). Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed food 1 banana processor until a sticky cookie dough forms. ½ cup (65g) raw cocoa powder. Line a square baking dish with non-toxic parchment paper. 1 serving of PW1 Chocolate 03. Spoon the mixture into the baking dish. 2 tbsp peanut butter 04. Decorate with nuts, raw cacao nibs, or chocolate chips. ½ cup (65g) raw chocolate 05. Place in freezer for around 1 hour to set.

Overnight Protein Oats ¾ cup (65g) raw oats. Stir all the ingredients together 1 serving PW1 Chocolate or Vanilla. Place it in a little bowl or cup and leave 1 ¼ cups plant milk it in the fridge overnight or at least 4 hours 2 tbsp chia seeds 4 tsp nut butter 1 ½ tbsp cocoa powder 2 tsp honey or agave syrup Tip: Top with bananas and almonds. 15

16 Protein Peanut Butter Cups 8 tbsp coconut oil 8 tbsp nutbutter 2 servings of PW1 Chocolate. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. Place one tbsp in each muffin liner 03. Leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours 1 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp honey or agave syrup Tip: Use just peanut butter or a blend of 2 tbsp peanut butter and ½ banana.

Protein Fruit Loaf ½ cup (70g) dried fruit ⅔ cup (90g) rice flour or chickpea flour ⅓ cup (50g) almonds ¼ cup (30g) chopped walnuts 1 tbsp baking powder 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 tsp cardamom 1-2 apples, diced 1 serving of PW1 Vanilla 4 tbsp lemon juice A pinch of salt 2 eggs. Soak the dried fruit in a bowl with water for 30 minutes.. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (or 300 Farenheit). 03. Make almonds into almond flour. 04. Chop the walnuts. 05. Chop the apples in small bits. 06. Stir all the dry ingredients and spices together.add the dried fruit, apples, lemon juice and eggs. 07. Place baking paper in a line squared baking dish and add the mix. 08. Bake for on 150 degrees Celsius (or 300 Farenheit) for 25 minutes. Tip: Serve as it is or with some natural yoghurt or bananas. 17

Protein Mini Muffins 1 banana. Mash one banana 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp plant milk To make the blueberry muffins add: 1 ½ serving of PW1 Vanilla 1 tsp vanilla extract To make the chocolate muffins add: 1 ½ serving of PW1 Chocolate ½ tbsp cocoa powder 40g dark chocolate. Chop the chocolate or rinse the blueberries (you can also use frozen berries, but remember to pour the liquid from the berries when thawed). 03. Stir all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and pour the dough into the muffin liners. 04. Bake for 15-20 minutes on 175 degrees Celsius (or 350 degrees Farenheit). Topping Tip: Chopped Hazelnuts 18

Dark Chocolate Chip Cookies 1 10 cup (20g) dark chocolate chips 19. Mash the dates. 1 serving of PW1 Chocolate 5 tbsp peanut butter. Add all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and stir 2 tbsp cocoa powder until it s smooth and firm. 5 mashed soft dates 3 tbsp almond milk 03. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10-12 1 tbsp coconut oil minutes on 175 degrees Celsius (or 350 degrees Farenheit). 2 tbsp honey 1 egg ½ tsp baking powder Filling Tip: Make healthy caramel out of dates and water and place between two cookies
