MEETING ROOMS & S E T U P MCDOWELL A & B 500.00 per day Our 1200 square foot McDowell Conference Room can be set classroom style for up to 70 people. Theatre Style for up to 80 people, U-Shape or Hollow Square for up to 36 people and with 60 rounds for up to 70 people.. MCDOWELL A OR B 300.00 per day Our larger McDowell Room splits by air wall into two 600 square feet rooms. Each room can accommodate up to 35 people Classroom Style, 40 people Theatre Style, 18 people U-shaped, 21 people Hollow Square, and 35 people with 60 Round Tables. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES We have a wide variety of domestic and imported beers, spirits and wine available for your event. All alcohol will be subject to brand pricing and availability. A set up fee of $75.00 is charged for all Beer/Wine only bars. A set up fee of $100.00 is charged for full bar set up. An $80.00 bartender fee will apply. Bars are set up for a maximum of 3 hours, unless arranged in advance. All state and local laws will be followed without exception. We reserve the right to end the bar, without refund, if we feel the integrity of the service is challenged or if a violation of the law has occurred.
