Ingredients: 100g pitted olives, 200 g cottage cheese (cottage cheese mixed with sour cream, butter, salt and pepper), 1 carrot, toothpicks. Directions/ Preparation method Using a large pitted black olive and a knife, sliced from the bottom to top to open the olive up. Use a small spoon to fill the inside of the black olive with slightly softened cream cheese. Slice the carrot to create a small, round circle. Cut out a small slice from the carrot round as you can see in the picture, these will be the head and the feet of the penguins. Ingredients: 6 eggs, 6 tbs (tablespoon) of water, 12 tbs (tablespoon) of flour, 12 tbs of sugar, 2 tsp (teaspoon) of baking powder, 1 pack of chocolate pudding, 4 tbs of sugar, 500 ml of milk, 250 g margarine or butter, 100 ml of whipped cream, sour cherries or cherries to garnish. Directions/ Preparation method Into a bowl, separate the whites from the yolk. Mix the whites with 12 tbs of sugar until it becomes mousse, add the yolks then plus 12 tbs of flour, the 6 tbs of water and the baking powder. Turn the mixture into a round shape. Bake it in the preheated oven. Turn out the cooked cake and cool it. When the cake is cold, cut it into a heart shape and slice it in three pieces horizontally. The cream is prepared from one pack of chocolate pudding, mixed with 4 tbs of sugar, 500 ml milk, which are boiled together until the mixture becomes quite thick. Leave the mixture to cool. When the mixture is cold, mix it with 250 grams of margarine or butter. Fill the cake with this composition.. Whip the cream until thick. Ingredients: 500 grams of Turkish delight in different colors, 200 g of powdered sugar, 5 g of gelatin, 30 ml of water, vanilla essence Directions/ Preparation method Dissolve the gelatin in the water and pour over powder sugar and then add this syrup to Turkish delight of a single color. Start mixing it with the spoon, then using your hands, until the mixture is not sticky anymore and becomes like a dough composition. Using the same method you can prepare creams on different colors: red for the petals, yellow for the pistil and green for the leaves. Ingredients: 6 chicken eggs, 300 g turkey pate, 3 tbs mustard, leaves of lettuce, carrot, pepper grains, dill, toothpicks Directions/ Preparation method Boil the eggs until they are hard and then peel them. Cut the pointy part (one third of the egg) for the chicks. Take out the yolks and put them into a bowl. Add the mustard and the pate and mix them well. Fill the biggest whites with this mixture. Use a toothpick that should go through the whole egg, from top to bottom. We will stick the tops of the chick over. Eyes will be made out from pepper grains and the beak from a small piece of carrot. We will cut carefully the wide part of the egg and will take out the yolks for bunnies. The mixture is identical with the chick one. On top of the egg we will make a cut where we will put the bunnies ears. Ears are made out from a carrot with a device for cleaning vegetables. Ingredients: 4-6 tomatoes, 250 g cottage cheese, black olives, butter, sour cream, dill, salt and pepper Directions/ Preparation method Mix cottage cheese with butter, sour cream, fresh dill chopped, salt and pepper. Ladybugs: wash and cut in half the tomatoes on their length. Remove tomatoes pulp and fill them with cream cheese. Put the filled tomatoes on a plate decorated with dill. Ladybugs head will be a half of a black olive and eyes a drop of cream cheese with. Tulips: wash tomatoes and with a sharp knife cut the edge of the tomatoes in tulip form. Ingredients: 15 ladyfingers, 200ml of sour cream, 2 spoons of mascarpone cheese, 200g of cherries, 1 tbs of powdered sugar, vanilla essence Directions/ Preparation method Wash the cherries and let them dry, then take out the seeds. Whip the cream till it becomes a mousse. Add the mascarpone cheese, the sugar and mix them at low speed. Add the vanilla essence. Prepare 6 cups in which the ladyfingers will be placed in halves, then put the cream on them. Ingredients: 2 lemons 1 tbs of honey 750 ml of water Preparation method: Wash the lemons thoroughly. Squeeze the juice of a lemon in a bowl and mix it well with the honey till the honey is melted. Pour the juice in a bottle, the water and the other lemon sliced up. Ingredients: 1kg of peppers, ½ kg of cottage cheese, 100g of butter, 50g sour of cream, 2-3 pieces, green onions, salami slices, salt, tooth picks Directions/ Preparation method: Wash the peppers, cut them in thick slices, peel their ribs and seeds. Mix the cottage cheese with a fork or with a mixer, add the softened butter, sour cream, salt and mix them well. The composition should be as a cream and in the end add the thinned sliced up green onion. Ingredients: 1 kg of chestnuts, 50 g of butter, 2 tsb of powdered sugar, 400 ml of sour cream, rum essence Directions/ Preparation method: Boil the chestnuts for about 45-50minutes. Peel them off while they are warm, including the interior shell which is thinner. Use a blender to mix the chestnuts. Mix the whipped cream, and add slowly the butter, the sugar and the rum essence. Ingredients: chicken breast, 5 medium sized potatoes, 2 carrots, 100g of peas, 200g of cucumbers, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, 3 eggs, oil Directions/ Preparation method: Peel the vegetables and boil them. Boil the chicken breast separately with a pinch of salt. After they are boiled, cut them into small pieces. Do the same with the cucumbers. Mix them gently in a large bowl. Add the peas, the mayonnaise, salt and pepper. For the mayonnaise: separate the eggs, use only the yolk, add 2 tbs of mustard, mix continuously adding little oil till we get the mayonnaise we need. Ingredients: 400g of Prague Bacon, 10 slices of melted cheese, one jar of cucumbers, one tube of melted cheese, toothpicks Directions/ Preparation method: Cut the cucumbers in halves and let them drain. Coat the bacon with cheese from the tube and on top of each place a slice of melted cheese. Cut the ends of the roll, then cut each roll into two equal parts. Ingredients: 250g butter, 250g sugar, 2 eggs, 2 tsp (teaspoon) full of baking powder, 500g of flour, vanilla essence, 200 gr of powdered sugar, the peel of a lemon Directions/ Preparation method: Mix the softened butter well till it is like a mousse. Add the eggs and mix thoroughly. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add it to the butter. Cover it with a foil and leave it to the fridge for an hour. Then place the dough on the table covered with a little bit of flour. If it is too soft and it glues on the hands, knead it with little flour till it does not glue. Make a thin foil out of it and cut the desired shapes. Bake the cookies in a pan with cooking sheet for about 8-10 minutes (till the ends are a little bit brown). Leave them to cool, then put the frosting.
