Why use the Glass Studio Buffet Presentation Bored of white ceramic platters and green bubble glass for your buffet presentation? Tired of left-over plates being used in your Executive Club Lounge buffet? Disappointed to see the same buffet set up year after year after year, as everybody else in town? Imagine a buffet presentation that blends into the interior decoration; Imagine a color concept for all the buffet platters that blends into the color concept of the interior decoration; Imagine a buffet presentation where all shapes, even the centerpieces, are selected in accordance to the architecture of the interior. By using Glass Studio's Styles (color and pattern combination) on a collection of matching Shapes, you will totally coordinate the buffet presentation and create a unique advantage for your offering. Through the use of layouts you will be able to know in advance exactly how many pieces you will need for your buffet presentation, based on the running meters of your counter. You will not need to over-order or under-order items. Finally, by organizing each buffet section in three indicative price categories, you will be able to budget your buffet investment well in advance. Description of the Brochure There's an Art to the Buffet setup. Glass Studio presents you with buffet presentations to match with the style of your hotel. Each buffet presentation consists of Style ( color and pattern ) proposal together with a Shape setup of all items needed to create a buffet. Each Shape Setup is made of Sections and each section is made of Layouts. Shape Setup: There are 7 different buffet setups based on the different style of the shapes of each set up (Grande Palace, Minimal Luxury, Urban Design, Dynamic Trend, Friendly Welcome, Professional Classic and Tropical Resort). Each one has a different design approach and works well with a corresponding interior style guide. Buffet Section: Each shape setup is designed based on the needs of a buffet section. There are 8 sections in each buffet (Bakery, Cereal, Coffee Break, Cold Appetizer, Cold Seafood, Salad, Fruit and Dessert sections). Section Layout: Each section has a layout that shows a virtual buffet shape arrangement on counters 1,00x0,90m. On the buffet layout, you can see the use, the reference, the image as well as information about dimensions and capacity. The selected items cover every possible buffet usage which you can find at the index according to use on each layout page. Each layout is presented in 3 possible price categories ( A=low,B= middle, C=high ) so that you will be able to budget your buffet setup well in advance. In these prices, header, quantity or payment discounts are not included so actual budget will be lower. 1
