Fill with Zardetto Prosecco and garnish with two drops of Angostura bitters and orange slice. 1oz Grapefruit Juice 1oz Cranberry Juice Splash of Campari Directions: Rub inside of Spumante glass with fresh mint leaf and add fruit juices. Roman Holiday 1oz Raspberry Vodka ½oz Grand Marnier Dash Lime Juice Dash Pineapple Juice Dash Cranberry Juice 3 Fresh Raspberries vodka, Grand Marnier and fruit juices. Add Zardetto Prosecco and garnish with raspberries. 1½oz Pear Nectar (must use nectar) ¼oz Chambord Maraschino Cherry pear nectar and Chambord. Fill with Zardetto Prosecco and garnish with maraschino cherry. Buona Fortuna ½oz Orange Vodka 1oz Apricot Nectar (must use nectar) ¾oz Peach Schnapps Orange Slice vodka, apricot nectar and peach schnapps. Fill with Zardetto Prosecco and garnish with orange slice. Invented in Venice, this after-dinner is extremely popular in Veneto. 2oz Vodka Lemon Sorbet Directions: Fill Champagne glass with Zardetto Prosecco and vodka. Spoon a small scoop of sorbet into each flute and sprinkle with chopped mint. Canaletto Fresh Raspberries Sugar Lemon Juice Directions: Blend several raspberries with two spoonfuls of sugar, a hint of lemon juice and water, and crushed ice. Finish with ice cubes and an orange peel. Di Saronno Mimosa 1½oz Amaretti di Saronno 1½oz Fresh Orange Juice Directions: Stir together Amaretti di Saronno and orange juice. Top Bordello Royale 1oz Chambord 1oz Crème de Fraise Lemon Juice Directions: Shake Chambord and Crème de Fraise together with a splash of lemon juice. Add Zardetto Prosecco and enjoy! Brezza Estiva 1oz Amaretto 1oz Galliano 1oz Passion Fruit Puree Amaretto, Galliano and passion fruit puree. Top Due Campari ¾oz Campari ¾oz Lemon Juice Directions: Shake lemon juice and Campari well over ice cubes in a shaker. Strain into a champagne flute, fill with Zardetto Prosecco, and serve. French 75 2oz Plymouth Gin 1oz Fresh Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoon Sugar Syrup Plymouth gin with free lemon juice and shake together with sugar syrup. Top

In a pitcher, combine peach, nectarine and apricots. Stir in brandy; let stand at least one hour. Stir in Zardetto Prosecco and peach nectar. Add superfine sugar to desired sweetness. Refrigerate until well chilled. The Venetian 1oz Cherry Marnier 1oz Morello Cherry Puree Cherry Marnier and cherry puree.
