Policies & Procedures We are committed to making your experience a memorable one by offering a variety of culinary favorites to enhance your stadium experience. The following Luxury Suite Service Guide contains the basic procedures and helpful guidelines for our services. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the information as you begin your experience at FirstEnergy Park. Luxury Suite Food Services BlueClaws Catering is the exclusive provider for all food and beverage at FirstEnergy Park. No outside food or beverage will be permitted into the building. Any unconsumed menu items will be disposed of by stadium staff. All menu items are designed to accommodate 10 adult patrons unless otherwise noted. Requests for special services should be submitted as early as possible and must be finalized no later than four working days prior to the event. All pre-orders must be accompanied by a major credit card. Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted means of payment. Online Ordering In order to coordinate and execute the delivery of the highest quality products and services to your suite, orders must be placed no later than two business days prior to the event via the on-line link. Each order will need to be accompanied by a payment method for the order to be processed. Policies & Procedures Delivery Schedule All cold beverages and snacks will be available in your Luxury Suite one hour prior to event times. In order to ensure freshness and quality, all other food orders will be delivered at the time requested by the suite holder. Your Luxury Suite attendant will periodically check throughout the event for additional needs. Game Day Orders A limited selection of menu items may be ordered day of game with your suite attendant. Additional in-game orders will only be accepted from the suite host. Request for additional in-game food and beverage will be required to provide an alternate payment method when placing the order. Luxury Suite Equipment All food and beverage equipment (chafing dishes, utensils, small wares, etc.) provided are property of Lakewood BlueClaws Catering and must remain in your Luxury Suite. Any damage or loss of equipment by a guest will be charged to the Luxury Suite holder. Your Luxury Suite will continuously be stocked with all of your service needs. Plates, napkins, cutlery, cups, and the like will be stored in the cabinets within your Luxury Suite. Any additional needs can be addressed by your attendant. Cancellations/Rainouts The Luxury Suite holder is responsible for food and beverage orders if the event is cancelled after gates open. If the event is cancelled before the gates open, the Luxury Suite holder is not responsible for the food and beverage order. Order cancelled 24hrs in advance of the game/event will not be charged. Administrative Charge The Administrative Charge is not intended to be a tip, gratuity, or service charge for the benefit of employees. However, please note that 8% percent of your Food and Beverage Subtotal is distributed to the employees as additional wages. The distribution is as follows; 4% Servers; 4% distributed to the other suite level employees providing your service including Bartenders, Runners, etc. Be a Team Player-Drink Responsibly It is the responsibility of the Luxury Suite holder or your designated representative to monitor and control alcoholic beverage consumption within the Luxury Suite. BlueClaws Catering reserves the right to discontinue the sale of alcoholic beverages to any persons without restrictions. Alcoholic beverages purchased at FirstEnergy Park are for on-premise consumption only. State law prohibits any alcoholic beverages from entering or leaving the stadium. Anyone under 21 years of age is prohibited from purchasing or consuming alcoholic beverages. For the safety of all guests at FirstEnergy Park, all alcoholic beverages must remain in your Luxury Suite. All alcoholic beverage sales will end after the seventh inning. The Lakewood BlueClaws are dedicated to providing quality events that promote enjoyment and safety for everyone. This is best achieved when moderation can be practiced. Please, DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. Payment Methods All suite hosts for an event are required to provide payment information when placing an order with Blueclaws catering. Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Discover are accepted. A new Jersey sales tax of 6.625% will be added to all food and nonalcoholic beverage costs where applicable, as will a service charge of 18%. We want to ensure that your event billing is always accurate and complete. At the conclusion of the 7th inning, your bill will be presented with a guest check, which includes all pre-orders and event day orders. Payment for services is due no later than the top of the 9th inning. Should assistance be required placing your online order call 732-901-7000 ext 107, Monday through Friday, 9 am 5 pm. Thank you.
