Pub & Dining Room Christmas 2015 We will be serving both lunch and dinner in two sittings over the holiday period. We can also provide areas for hire and bespoke buffets - Please get in touch to discuss times, hire charges and minimum spends, which will vary depending on date and area hired. Lunchtime sittings: 12-12:30pm & 2:30-3pm Evening sittings: 6-6.30pm & 9-9.30pm Area Hire Slots: 12-6pm & 6-close Should you wish to go ahead with the booking, please send your food pre-order at your earliest convenience, using the pre-order sheet (available by email request). We will, however, require it no less than 14 days before the event. We would also recommend pre-ordering your drinks, so that they can be made ready for your arrival. We have attached the wine list for your perusal, and can also provide soft drinks and buckets of cider & beer. Of course, this is not obligatory, but extremely helpful to sort in advance. To confirm the booking, we simply need a deposit of 10 per person, which will be redeemed off your bill on the day. You can pay this in person or, if you would prefer, over the phone. Terms & Conditions Payment: All bookings are provisional until full deposits have been paid. Deposits are non-refundable from 14 days prior to your booking Cancellation of a booking which gives us less than 14 days-notice will result in the deposit being non-refundable. Deposits will be redeemed off your bill on the day. If party-members fail to turn up, their deposits will be retained and therefore not included in the amount redeemed off the bill (For example, if 150 was paid in deposit for 15 people, but only 14 turn up, 10 will be retained by ourselves and only 140 redeemed off the bill). An optional service charge of 12.5% will be added to your bill One bill per booking will be provided. Separate bills for different members of the party are not possible. This is a very busy time of year for us, and to make sure we can offer our guests the best service available, we ask our customers to manage who is paying for what in each party. We are only able to accept cheques as full pre-payment when received at least 21 days prior to the booking. No cheques will be accepted on the day. Pre-orders: A food pre-order is required for the entirety of your booking no less than 14 days before the event, and we will not accept changes after this date. If the pre-order is not received we reserve the right to cancel. We require you to use the official pre-order sheet provided, which asks you to provide us with the names of all of your guests, and what they are eating. This will allow us to deliver the food to the right people on the night, and means that you can sit back and relax too! General: This menu is not available on Christmas day or Sundays. The booking details will include a table vacate time - this is non-negotiable once confirmed Parties for set menu seated dining will share the space with other tables unless exclusive use has been discussed (hire charges may apply). All areas are a request only; the management reserves the right to move your area without notification. We will always do our best to allocate your party in your area of choice. Please be aware that reserved areas for drinks parties do not always include seating, some areas may be designated as standing areas only.
