We remind you as already announced in the December 2015 Newsletter, that the participation of at least one representative per NRL is mandatory for the workshop. This participation is financially supported by the EURL-AP (both workshop and ceremony). As a reminder, the accommodation costs for one NRL representative only will be reimbursed on the basis of the invoices (hotel, flight, train); extra costs are covered by the daily allowance foreseen by the EU budget. A second participant per NRL is encouraged. Nevertheless this second participant s presence cannot be supported by the EURL-AP and will be charged 180 (including meeting dinner).
