FREUENTLY SKED UESTIONS The Thistle Inn has been serving wonderful people such as you for 175 years and have run successful in-house meetings for 10 years. fter numerous requests we are now offering an out catering service called INN Out catering. Our focus for this venture is to provide a fresh, simple and healthy menu to ensure that you get through your working day with minimum fuss & healthy, nutritious fuel for your working bodies and minds! INN Out catering specialises in corporate catering and we also have an off license to take care of your beverage (non-alcoholic & alcoholic) needs if required. We aim to have the full days delivery to you by 9.30am (if you require earlier delivery, please let us know) ll deliveries will be provided in boxes and will come with heating instructions where required. We will send you an invoice following the event and payment can be made electronically. When do you need my final numbers for the catering? Can I adjust my count the day before the event? We require final numbers 48hours prior to the event. You may increase your counts up to two days prior to the event, however we cannot accept decreases in numbers within two business days of your event. How much is the delivery fee? Nothing for orders over $50. For orders under $50 we will charge a $20 delivery fee. How can I be assured that my event will get the necessary attention it deserves if you have several orders on that same day? INN Out catering limits the number of special events that we will cater on any one day to preserve the high quality service we deliver to our clients. This unique policy ensures that your event receives the ultimate degree of quality and service necessary. I have guests with special dietary needs. Can you accommodate them? We are happy to suggest alternative menu selections for your guests with dietary concerns. Just let us know well in advance so we can plan something delectable!

THE T S & C S 1 ll quotes are GST exclusive and are valid for 30 days from the date the quote was provided to the client. The Thistle Inn reserves the right to modify or cancel any quote, but will only do so after providing notice to the client. 2 Final numbers are to be advised no later than 48 hours prior to (9am) delivery day. 3 Should the booking be cancelled within 24 hours from (9am) the date of delivery, 50% of the catering cost will be charged. If the order is cancelled within 12 hours from the date of delivery, 100% of the catering cost will be charged. n amendment to an order must be made within 5 working days prior to the event. Wherever possible, The Thistle Inn will endeavour to accommodate late notices without incurring a cost to the client. 4 Payment is to be made by the 20th of the month following the date of invoice. Failure to do so may mean that future bookings cannot be guaranteed. Late payments may incur a late payment penalty. 5 The Thistle Inn will endeavour to deliver the food at the agreed time. However, The Thistle Inn cannot be accountable for circumstances beyond our control which may influence the delivery time. The Thistle Inn undertakes to use all reasonable endeavours to deliver the catering to the client address within the agreed time. The Thistle Inn reserves the right to deliver the goods by installments. If The Thistle Inn fails to deliver any installment within the time specified or a reasonable time thereafter, the client shall not have any right of repudiation or rejection in respect of any other installments or orders 6 The client shall not have any right of rejection of the catering supplied. In the event of any dispute, including disputes regarding quality or delivery delay, the client must accept and pay for the catering and later settle any claim with The Thistle Inn. 7 By accepting The Thistle Inn s quote either verbally, or by return email, means you agree to be bound by The Thistle Inn s Terms and Conditions of Trade.
