As well our Executive Chef would be pleased to create a customized menu for your special occasion. We also appreciate the need for alternative cuisine. Room Rentals Thank you for considering the Craigowan Golf Club for your special event. Craigowan is pleased to provide their expertise to assist in the planning of your event. DEPOSIT In order to secure and confirm your specific room, date and time requests shall be accompanied by payment of $500 non-refundable deposit. ROOM RENTAL RATES Boardroom $150 - Fits 12 with boardroom chairs - Fits 16 (Chiavari chair) Cowan Room $250 - Fits 40 people - Round tables of 8 Van Haeren Banquet Room $450 - Fits up to 100 people Ball Room $600 - Fits up to 200 people PARKING Complimentary parking is available for your guests. RENTAL FEE INCLUSIONS Podium, microphone, Projector, screen, flip-chart & markers, Wifi Internet access through the entire facility HOUSE LINENS Included with your rental fee; the club provides white house linens in the summer and black linens in the winter for your meeting.
