Raw Breads and Crackers Carrot Sandwich Bread - $12 for 500 g or $6 for 250 g A wonderful all round bread - great for topping with spreads and salads - and also for snacking on! Made in a dehydrator - so retains all the goodness and enhances the flavours. Ingredients: carrots, flaxseeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Must be stored in the fridge, lasts up to 2 weeks, or can be frozen. Seed of Life Bread - $12 for 500 g A fantastic filling and healthy nut-free bread. Ingredients: wholegrain oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, linseeds, raisins, chia seeds, psyllium, maple syrup, agave, coconut oil and filtered water. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days or wrap each piece individually and freeze for future enjoyment! Caramalised Onion and Zucchini Flatbread - $10 for 200 g This is a wonderful savoury bread - full of flavour - which develops slowly over 20 hours in the dehydrator. Great with salads. Ingredients: onions, zucchini, golden flax, tamari, olive oil, date paste, rosemary, lemon juice, filtered water, salt. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1 ½ weeks. Banana & Walnut Bread: $12 for 500 g Smells divine and tastes so too! Brought together by lots of mashed bananas, with walnuts and raisins added in for crunch and flavour. Ingredients: activated oats, walnuts, raisins, mashed bananas, dried bananas, cinnamon, agave, date paste, vanilla, psyllium, linseed, buckwheat flour and cashew milk. Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to a week, or freezes well. Beetroot, Rosemary & Seed Crackers - $10 for 200 g Subtle flavours, great on its own or with dips, spreads and cheeses. Ingredients: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, golden flax, beetroot, carrot, red onion, filtered water, sea salt, black pepper and olive oil. Lasts for weeks in an airtight container. Nori & Tamari Seed Crackers - $8 for 200 g These are crunchy crackers Asian inspired and totally tasty and full of that umami flavour! Great for snacking, lunch boxes or on the go. Ingredients: Linseeds, flaxseeds, sesame seeds, psyllium husks, nori, pumpkin seeds and tamari. Store in airtight container, lasts for weeks!

Moroccan Spice Crackers - $10 for 200 g Vibrant and nutritious these sprouted buckwheat crackers are full of the flavours of North Africa! Wonderful with hummus or on their own. Ingredients: sprouted buckwheat, linseed, garlic, olive oil, sunflower seeds, turmeric, ginger, cumin, sea salt, agave, lemon juice, chilli flakes and chia seeds. Store in an airtight container in the cupboard for up to one month. Sunflower & Zucchini Crackers - $10 for 200 g A subtle cracker great for serving with cheeses or dips Nut-free. Ingredients: sunflower seeds, zucchini, chia seeds, olive oil, sesame seeds, sea salt, agave, pepper and linseed. Store in an airtight container in the cupboard for up to one month. RAWNOLAS & ENERGY BARS = Raw + Granola Power Rawnola: $12 for 300 g Packed with lots of goodies, this one is really filling and can set you up for the day. Dehydrated slowly to retain all the goodness and bring out flavours. Ingredients: almonds, salt, linseed, chia seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut, pumpkin seeds, cranberries, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, apricots, oats, cacao nibs, maple syrup, coconut oil. Will keep two weeks in the cupboard in an airtight container or up to 4 weeks in the fridge. Walnut & Banana Rawnola: $12 for 300 g Yummy! Bound together with mashed bananas and raw honey this is all slowly dehydrated to retain all the goodness and provide a good crunch. Ingredients: oats, walnuts, dried bananas, raisins, ripe fresh bananas, raw honey, cinnamon, vanilla and salt. Will keep two weeks in the cupboard in an airtight container or up to 4 weeks in the fridge.

Rawnolas & Energy Bars (cont.) Cardamom, Maple & Black Pepper Rawnola: $12 for 300 g Subtly flavoured, the pepper gives a bit of a bite and is a really pleasant surprise. All the ingredients are mixed together then slowly dehydrated to allow the flavours to infuse. Ingredients: oats, walnuts, coconut oil, agave, maple syrup, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, salt, dried bananas, raisins. Will keep two weeks in the cupboard in an airtight container or up to 4 weeks in the fridge. White Chocolate & Matcha Energy Bar: $4 per bar, ca. 50 g This one is fantastic if you need a hit of energy and a bit of chocolate, but want to keep it healthy! Incredibly energising and satisfying. Ingredients: raw cacao butter, coconut oil, cashews, sea salt, Matcha green tea powder, fresh ginger, orange zest, oats, shredded coconut, almonds, sunflower seeds, agave and vanilla essence. Best kept in the fridge, will keep 2 weeks or in the freezer up to 3 months. Live! Sprouted Energy Bar - $4 per bar, ca. 60-70 grams Revitalising, nutritious and packed full of protein this bar is great for snacks or a pre- or post-workout energy boost! It has a nutty flavour, is crunchy and a little bit sweet with the chocolate drizzle. DeeDee has done great work here, slowing dehydrating this mix to result in a great bar for everyone and surprisingly filling too. Ingredients: Sprouted Buckwheat, Azuki, Lentils and Peas; dates, apples, raw almond butter, oats, linseed, chia seeds, almonds, pecans, vanilla extract, raw cacao, coconut oil, agave and Himalayan sea salt. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks; just wrap in baking paper or stick in a ziplock bag to take along. Nut-Free Chewy Rawnola Energy Bar: $4 per bar, ca. 50 g Nutrient packed and soooo good. Great to pack for lunches and snacks or generally for on the go! It s also topped with a date paste. This bar is very slowly dehydrated at 47deg for about 16 hours, so the date paste is tacky to the touch, but not sticky! Ingredients: sunflower seeds, dehydrated oats, chia seeds, linseed, coconut, raw coconut crystals, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, salt, coconut oil, raw honey, dates and apricots. Will keep two weeks in the cupboard in an airtight container, up to 4 weeks in the fridge or even longer in the freezer. Almond & Cranberry Rawnola Bar: $4 per bar, ca. 90 g Nutty and chewy another great bar for on the go and will definitely keep you going! Ingredients: date paste, coconut oil, vanilla, oats, coconut, linseed, cinnamon, salt, almonds, cranberries, sunflower seeds, maple syrup, and raw peanut butter. Best kept in the fridge in an airtight container, will last up to 2 weeks.

Nut Milks Milks are made with activated nuts, pure filtered water and a tiny bit of lecithin to keep it emulsified (no separating in the fridge!). Use within 3-5 days. Must be stored in the fridge and best in glass bottles so either bring your own along or buy here. Cashew Milk - $8 per Litre, Almond Milk - $8 per Litre Milk Bottles - $4 each If you buy one of these we can do a simple swap when you pick up your order. Please bring the bottles along clean! TiRawMisu - $7 per slice This little raw pick me up is developed for all the coffee lovers! The base has the first touch of rich espresso, the next is vanilla and coconut, topped off with a raw cacao & espresso layer. Yum yum! Ingredients: walnuts, cashews, cashew milk, organic rice syrup, cacao, vanilla extract, coconut flour, coconut oil, raw coconut cream, raw coconut water, dates and a touch of Himalayan Pink Salt. Will keep 3-4 days in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer (available frozen).

Sweet Treats (cont.) 3-Layer Dream Cups - $8 for 6 These dream cups are free of nuts, but you'd never know it! The bottom layer is made up with pure coconut butter. It adds a firm, snappy texture contrast to the naturally sweetened sunflower seed butter and homemade chocolate layers. Ingredients: coconut butter, sunflower seed butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, cacao powder, salt. Vegan, Gluten Free, Grain Free, Raw, Nut-Free, refined sugar-free. Best stored in the freezer, will keep up to 2 months. Mint Chocolate Cups - $8 for 6 Nom nom love after dinner mints? These are a fantastic raw version, full of lovely mintiness and much healthier too. Ingredients: raw cacao, virgin coconut oil, maple syrup, cashews, agave, cashew milk, pure peppermint oil and a touch of spirulina! Store for two weeks in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer but seriously they won t last that long! Raw Chocolate Florentines: $8 for 6 Nom Nom like Florentines? Yes? Well these are a much healthier version and filled with superfoods so you can munch to your heart s content! Nice & crunchy from the sprouted buckwheat and oh so chocolatey. Ingredients: raw cacao powder, coconut oil, agave, vanilla essence, sprouted buckwheat groats, pecans, walnuts, raisins, currants goji berries and lime zest. Best stored in the fridge or freezer - so two weeks in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer (but seriously won't last that long!) Dark Chilli Chocolate Party Bites - $8 for 12 or $4 for 6 Perfect for a dinner party, picnic or just to pamper yourself. They ve got a bit of a kick, are crunchy and great to share (if you can contain yourself!). Ingredients: cacao butter, coconut oil, agave, cacao powder, chilli, topped with almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, raisins and goji berries. Keeps happily in the fridge up to one month. Superfood Lemon Bar - $5 per slice, ca. 90 g A great raw treat as either a dessert or snack. Contains Lucuma Which is rich in antioxidants and helps to build immunity. Ingredients: cashews, coconut, oats, lemon juice, dates, lucuma, Turmeric, coconut oil, maple syrup. Store in fridge, lasts up to a week.

Sweet Treats (cont.) Dream Bar : $5 per bar, ca. 90 g This one should appeal to everyone as it has a little bit of everything, with lots of flavours and textures throughout the layers. Ingredients: sprouted buckwheat groats, coconut, linseed, dates, sea salt, raw coconut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, raw peanut butter, coconut flakes, peanuts, pistachios, raw chocolate and cranberries. Keep in the fridge up to 5 days and also freezes well. Berrylicious Boysenberry & Chocolate Slice - $5 per slice, ca. 90 g Yummy, tangy, chocolatey and good for you too! Full of antioxidants and maca powder for energy too. Oh, and it tastes great too Ingredients: almonds, cashews, coconut, maca, cacao, dates, raw cashew butter, boysenberries, rice syrup, coconut oil, chia seeds, vanilla extract, pumpkin seeds and goji berries. Keep in the fridge for 3-4 days or store in the freezer for up to 3 months. Peanut Butter Brownie Fudge - $5 per slice, ca. 70 g So often requested here s a guilt free healthy gooey chocolatey little delight! Ingredients: raw peanut butter, cacao powder, maple syrup, almond milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract, salt and cacao nibs. Store in the fridge for a week or in the freezer and take out whenever you get that chocolate craving! Salted Caramel Fudge - $5 per slice, ca. 70 g The classic yummy gooey fudge with the addition of lucuma & maca for added health benefits! So happy with this refined sugar free version! Ingredients: cashews, dates, coconut, agave, maple syrup, vanilla bean paste, lucuma, maca, cacao butter, coconut oil, Himalayan pink salt. Store in the fridge 2 weeks, or in the freezer to always have on hand! Fig, Tahini & Orange Fudge - $5 per slice, ca. 70 g Something a little different moist, chewy and full of flavour! Ingredients: figs, lemon juice, vanilla extract, orange zest, raw tahini, vanilla bean paste, coconut oil, maple syrup and Himalayan pink salt. Store in the fridge 2 weeks, or in the freezer to always have on hand! White Chocolate & Peppermint Fudge - $5 per slice, ca. 70 g One word: Devine! This gorgeous fudge is surely chocolate heaven has to be when the main ingredient is cacao butter Mildly flavoured with peppermint and topped with crushed goji berries for that candy look. Ingredients: cacao butter, cashews, peppermint extract, maple syrup, goji berries. Store in the fridge 2 weeks, or in the freezer to always have on hand!

Sweet Treats (cont.) Raw Halva with Chocolate Ganache: $5 per slice, ca. 75g Classic European sesame seed slice but a much healthier version! Sticky and sweet and oh so yummy a little bit goes a long way! Ingredients: sesame seeds, coconut butter, coconut, honey, cacao, agave and coconut oil. Best stored in the fridge and will last two weeks bound to disappear long before then though! Raw Chocolate Hazelnut Raspberry Delight - $20 for a 10cm cake Totally decadent, can t stop eating it little delight! The base is almond and date and is topped with a healthy, light Nutella style creamy mix. Ingredients: hazelnuts, cacao powder, carob powder, dates, coconut oil, salt, almond milk, coconut, vanilla and raspberries. Dusted with raw chocolate (made from cacao butter, coconut oil, cacao powder and agave). Will keep happily in the fridge for a week, or freezes well. Double yum yum! Raw Carrot Cake with Cashew Cream Frosting - $14 for 10cm cake. This wonderful little cake is great for sharing or keeping for yourself! It s dense, rich and full of flavour. The base is made from carrots, buckwheat flour, dates, dried pineapple, dried coconut and cinnamon. The fantastic frosting is made from cashews, lemon juice, coconut oil and maple syrup. Decorated with walnuts, pistachios and goji berries. Will keep happily in the fridge for a week, or freezes well. Yum yum. Sam & Ollie's "Milky Way Bar : $3 per bar, approx. 60 g Raw and nut free great for everyone and developed for little ones with nut allergies. Ingredients: oats, coconut, raw cacao powder, raw honey and dates. Keeps up to 2 weeks in the fridge in a sealed container Rawmantic Chocolate & Cherry Cake! $19 for a 10cm cake Available for a limited time only! Fresh cherries are no longer available, however we ve snap frozen a couple of kilos so we can continue to offer this yummy cake! Perfect for sharing this cake has a chocolate & coffee cake base, which has been dehydrated to make it nice and light. It is topped with a creamy vanilla & fresh cherry cream and decorated with raw cherry syrup and handmade raw chocolate hearts! Definitely decadent! Ingredients: Cake; walnuts, agave, apple, coffee, vanilla extract, lemon juice, salt, cacao powder and coconut flour. Cream: cashews, almond milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cherries. Chocolate: cacao butter, coconut sugar and cacao powder.

Raw, Dairy-Free Cheeses Raw Sun-dried Tomato and Basil Cheese Spread - $11 for 150 g Cultured cheese with a lovely smooth texture. Ingredients: cashews, basil, sun-dried tomatoes, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt and rejuvelac (naturally fermented probiotic, quinoa based). Keep in the fridge for up to two weeks. Smoked Gouda - $8 for 100 g This cheese is cashew & almond based and delicately flavoured with smoked Manuka. Slices nicely. Ingredients: cashews, almonds, lemon juice, mustard, liquid smoke, nutritional yeast, salt, paprika, garlic & onion powder and agar (vegetarian gelling agent). Keep in the fridge for up to a week. Sunflower Cheese Spread - $6 for 125 g Nut Free! This cheese is very delicate and creamy with a lovely mellow flavour. Best used as a spread. Ingredients: sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, chickpea miso, salt, onion / garlic & mustard powders, turmeric and agar (vegetarian gelling agent). Keep in the fridge for up to a week. Cultured Cream Cheese 3 Flavours Lemon & Thyme (left) - $10 for 125 g Walnut & Truffle (middle) - $10 for 125 g Plain (right) - $8 for 125 g Cashew based, smooth and creamy cheese with a slight tang. Ingredients: all three contain cashews, rejuvelac (naturally fermented probiotic, quinoa based), nutritional yeast and salt. Additionally, Lemon & Thyme has lemon juice and fresh thyme: and Walnut & Truffle has walnuts and black truffle oil. Store in the fridge, will last two weeks. Keep in the fridge for 2 weeks or freezes well. Garlic & Herb Cheese - $7 for 125 g Yummy and full of flavour a go to cheese for all occasions. Slices well. Ingredients: Cashews, rejuvelac, basil, oregano, tarragon, sea salt, tapioca flour, fresh garlic, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, maple syrup, filtered water and agar. Keeps in the fridge for 2 weeks or freezes well. Soaking increases their nutrient value and makes them easier for the body to absorb. It also helps to break down difficult compounds, such as phytic acid, which can make them difficult to digest.
