Booking and Cancellation Policy: Deposit A $50 deposit is requested within 72 hours of making your tentative booking to confirm your event date. Club bank details are below to secure booking deposit Must be deposited in the account. No event will be accepted without deposit Please email deposit reference number for booking form Cheques are acceptable and should be made payable to Ingleburn Bowling Club.. Confirmation All bookings will require final confirmation of numbers and catering Requirements a minimum of 5 days in advance of the event date. Payment will reflect numbers as quoted at this time and no reductions to numbers will be accepted. Payment Payment is required prior to your event. Payment can be made via cash, club deposit, Eptos, EFT or cheque (payable to Ingleburn Bowling Club) Ingleburn Bowling Club reserves the right to bill any outstanding charges from The information supplied at time of booking. Food & Beverage All catering must be ordered via the Clubs Functions Coordinator and any food changes or cancellations must be made 5 days prior to event date otherwise full payment will apply. Note: Cancellations received within 5 days of event date will incur the full catering charge. Cancellation Fee Cancellation must be made before 5 days prior to the event date. If cancellation is made within the prescribed time a 100% refund will be eligible. Rain Ingleburn Bowling Club offers three grass greens for Barefoot Bowls events there is indoor carpet bowls if bad weather occurs. This is a option for Bare foot bowls parties (Unless the facilities are ruled unplayable by the Club)
Prices (including GST) $10 per person Capacity A minimum of 10 people is required to do catering for dependant upon staffing and availability. The Club can cater for groups in excess of 100 depending on the availability of greens. Entertainment Guest can bring their own Music ipod but no offensive lyrics will be tolerated responsible program music must be kept under a controlled limit at all times. Function Facilities Function rooms are available catering from 10 to 100 people. Please request a Function pack when booking your Bare-Foot Experience or download it from our website www.ingleburnbowlingclub.com.au Club Sign-in / Membership As the Club is regulated by the registered clubs act a sign-in procedure is mandatory so please ensure all guest bring along the appropriate identification (Drivers Licence, Passport or Proof of Age card) It is also important to note that guest must obey all club rules Including age, alcohol and gaming policies. Social Membership Prices $5 Valid for 12 months ending each Financial year.
