Location Forlino is located at Level Two of One Fullerton - a strategic location that gives you a panoramic view of the bay, overlooking the magnificent Marina Bay Sands. The extravagant Italian flair inspired interior design lends a sophisticated and elegant ambience, making it the perfect choice for solemnizations and weddings.
Capacity & Venue Description The MAIN DINING ROOM can accommodate 90 seated guests or 150 standing guests (cocktail-style). Furniture can be reshuffled as per your preference. SERENA, the larger of the 2 private dining rooms, can hold 22 seated guests, while GAIA can hold 12 seated guests. Our private dining rooms are truly intimate and exclusive, offering an exquisite view of the bay. We also have a LOUNGE, available as a reception area for your guests before the commencement of your event.
Cuisine & Chef Chef Yohhei Sasaki, is classically trained in the art of Italian cuisine from his years of working in top Italian restaurants in Japan. Holding fast to his strong belief of always learning and improving, Chef Sasaki travelled to Italy to be trained in the top Michelinstarred Italian restaurants throughout the country, progressing in statue through the years. Terms & Conditions Planning Final arrangements of menu and beverage selections should be made 3 working days prior to the function with final guarantee numbers received 2 working days prior. Either the minimum guarantee or the actual attendance will be charged on the day of your event, whichever is greater. Menus Event set menus are available. Menus are subject to change due to seasonality and availability. For 14 guests or more, only set menu arrangements are available to ensure a smooth and efficiency meal service for your dining experience. Wines You may select your preferred wine(s) from our extensive wine list which is available upon request. If you require any assistance with your selection, or wish to enquire about the availability of other wines, our sommelier will be pleased to assist you. All beverages are charged on consumption. Forlino will endeavor to ensure that wines pre-selected by you for your event will be available on the day. However, please be advised that we cannot guarantee that the wines and vintage selected will be available and are subject to change without prior notice from the vineyard or wine distributor. Corkage Corkage is chargeable at $80++ per bottle. However, corkage can be waived if a bottle of wine is purchased at Forlino for every bottle that is brought into the restaurant. Limited to 2 bottles per table for individual bookings / 6 bottles for events. Deposit and payment Endorsement on the function booking form and 50% deposit is required for confirmation of the event for exclusivity of the main dining-room or the whole restaurant. We accept payment by cash, Visa, Mastercard, Diners and American Express cards. Cancellation Any cancellation must be made in writing. If a booking is cancelled within 96 hours of the event date, the Client will be liable for a charge of 50% of the minimum spend of the room reserved and any additional charges incurred by Forlino on behalf of the Client. If a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the due date, the Client will be liable for a charge of 100% of the minimum spend of the room reserved and any additional charges incurred by Forlino on behalf of the Client. Conduct The Client undertakes to ensure orderly conduct by members of their party. Any loss or damage caused to Forlino or its property, members of staff, other guests or their property will be the responsibility of the Client. Minimum Spending Minimum spending is applicable for the exclusive use of our rooms. Amounts stated above refer to spending on Food and Beverage only. Other considerations Any goods and items remaining on the premises are left at the owner s own risk. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions must be agreed in writing. Any breakages will be charged to the Client at replacement cost..
