ALLERGEN MATRIX & INGREDIENT INFORMATION

INTRODUCTION All of our menu items are made in a small kitchen. We take every care to avoid cross contamination (see below). However due to the limited space in our kitchen there is always a small risk of cross contamination and human error. You are always welcome to watch our staff making your food from behind the counter. Vegan All menu items ordered with vegan fillings automatically come with dairy free alternatives e.g. Great burrito with vegan chicken comes with vegan cheese & vegan sour cream. Please make us aware of any dietary requirements when ordering. Halal Our kitchen only stocks Halal products. Our beef, chicken and chilli fillings are made with Halal beef mince & chicken sourced from Scott Brothers of Dundee. If you do not agree with the ethics of Halal meat we have a huge selection of vegetarian & vegan dishes to choose from. Gluten Free All menu items other than our vegan chicken filling, Mexi-wrap, Bursting Grilled & Stacker Taco can be made gluten free. The only gluten containing products we stock are our tortilla wraps, soft tacos & vegan chicken. For gluten free orders using tortilla wraps we use wheat free wraps manufactured by Venice Bakery (for ingredient list see below). Gluten free orders for tacos are made with hard shell corn tacos. All of our fries do not contain wheat flour & our oil is never used to cook gluten containing products. Cross-contamination Procedures For all orders where an allergy or intolerance is stated we carry out the following procedures to prevent cross contamination. A change of gloves for handling food A new sheet of greaseproof paper is placed under the item to prevent it touching any contaminated surfaces. The food item is securely wrapped before being placed near any other food items. The food item is clearly marked based on the dietary requirements stated e.g. (GF for Gluten Free)
