Deposit A non-refundable deposit of $800 will be required to confirm your ballroom space. The final balance will be due 7 (seven) days prior to the event in the form of a cashier s check, credit card or certified funds. All payments received will be applied to your balance. Guarantee We will require confirmation of your attendance 7 (seven) days prior to your event. This will be considered your minimum guarantee, not subject to reduction, for which you will be charged should fewer guests attend. Food and Beverage No food, beverage alcoholic or otherwise shall be brought into the hotel by the patron or attendees from outside Wedding and special event cakes are exceptions to the catering policy. Food will be consumed on the hotel premises at the time contracted for and no food or beverage may be removed from the hotel premises. Kid s menus are available for 10 years and under per child. Tastings After a contract is signed and the initial $800 deposit is received, the Holiday Inn will provide the client with a tasting for four (4) people. Time The Holiday Inn provides four (4) hours for all catering events. Cake Cutting The Holiday Inn will cut and serve all wedding and special event cakes. No cake cutting fees apply. Possible Additional Fees A $90.00 Bartender Fee will apply per bar at a scheduled event requesting bar service. For any Carving or Action Stations, a $75.00 Attendant Fee will apply. Additional ballroom time at $150.00 per hour. Requests for early entrance into the Ballroom or early set up in the Ballroom may incur additional fees.
