Save 2Lbs of the drippings. 2. Season Steak and grill it. 3. Grill the Polska. 4. Chop both the steak and polska. 5. Sauté onion and red pepper in the bacon drippings until a tender/crisp. 6. Mix all ingredients together on a low heat for about 30min, stirring occasionally. *Flavor is enhanced if stored, covered, in thefridge for 8-10 hrs. and reheated just before serving*

(1) 6lb Can Brazilian Beef (1) 15oz jar La Victoria Green Sauce 2-3Tb. Garlic Salt 1tsp. salt Pepper to taste Small Corn tortillas 1. Mix above ingredients together, except tortillas. 2. Warm tortillas, 1min to soften 3. Roll small amount of meat and shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese tightly in tortilla 4. Sauté Onion and Bell Pepper in a little olive oil 2. Add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce 3. Put Chicken soup and broth in crock pot 4. Scrape Onion and Bell Pepper into pot (get all of the drippings) and stir thoroughly 5. Mix cream cheese and mayo until smooth. 2. Add in garlic powder and salt. 3. Add cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. 4. Minestrone Soup (2) 14½ oz. cans beef broth ¾ cup water (1) 14½ oz. can dice tomatoes 2Tb. Olive oil 1 cup potato 1 clove garlic, minced 1 cup green cabbage ½ tsp. dried basil 1 cup carrots ¼ tsp. dried rosemary 1 cup zucchini 1 bay leaf ¾ cup onions ¾ cup green beans ¾ cup celery 1 can beans (white or kidney) Parmesan cheese 1lb. ground beef or turkey 1. Brown meat with onions. 2. Dice/cut vegetables. 3. Combine all ingredients in crockpot except beans and cheese. Mix well. 4. Cover and cook on low for 5-6hrs. 5. Add beans. 6. Cover and continue cooking another hour or until vegetables are done. 7. Remove bay leaf. 8. Add parmesan cheese as desired.
Taco Soup 1½ to 2lb Ground beef ¾ small bag Frozen corn 1 XL Yellow onion (1) 16oz. Jar Pace Picante Mild Sauce 2Tb. Minced garlic 2 cans diced tomatoes 2 Packets Taco Seasoning Mix 3 cans chicken broth (1) 7oz. + (1) 4oz. Can Green Chiles 1½-2c. cooked minute Rice 2 regular size Cans kidney beans- drained 1. Brown Ground Beef w/chopped onion and minced garlic 2. Combine all other ingredients into soup pot or XL Crockpot. 3. Then add ground beef mixture 4. Serve with sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and tortilla chips. Southwest Corn Chowder 1 c. chopped onion 1 can Chicken broth 1 Tb. Olive oil Cooked Chicken-diced 1 Tb. Of chili powder (1) oz. Tub Whipped Cream Cheese 1 Tb. Chili powder 1 cup milk 1 tsp. cumin fresh cilantro to garnish (1) 6oz. pkg. frozen corn 1 jar Trader Joes Chunky mild sauce 1. In large pot, sauté onion in oil until soft 2. Stir in flour and seasoning. 3. Add corn, salsa, broth and chicken. Bring to boil and remove from heat 5. Spoon cream cheese into a small bowl and mix w/milk 6. Gradually stir in ½ c hot soup mixture and stir. Add cream cheese mixture to pot, mix well
Potato Cheese Soup 8 large potatoes diced 2 onions chopped Add enough water to just cover potatoes, cook until soft In separate pan: Make a roux. Melt 1 stick margarine, then add 6 Tb. Flour and stir until mixture bubbles. Remove from heat, add 1 cup milk, put back on heat and stir until mixture thickens. Pour mixture into potatoes (do not drain potatoes). Then add: 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese 2 tsp. salt ½ tsp. seasoned salt ½ tsp. paprika ¼ tsp. pepper Continue to heat until cheese is melted, stirring constantly.

Tabasco 1 Qt. half and half 8 cups chicken stock Approx. 8 medium baked potatoes-bake, peel, and cut into pieces 1 tsp. salt 1. Melt butter, add onions and sauté. 2. Add flour and mix thoroughly, cook rue on low for 5min. 3. Slowly add hot chicken stock to rue- stir continuously until smooth. 4. Add ½ and ½ and all other ingredients (except potatoes). 5. Simmer for 10min. Add potatoes and stir, simmer for 10 more min. 6. Add more salt and pepper if desired. 7. Top w/shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled crisp bacon
