Apple Martini - 1 1/2 oz Vodka - 1 oz Green Apple Liqueur - 1/4 oz Cocktail Artist - Green Apple Slice (dipped in lemon juice) Cocktail Glass 1. Combine ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake. 2. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass. 3. Garnish with green apple slice. Bloody Mary - 2 oz Vodka - 3 oz Tomato Juice - 1/4 oz Cocktail Artist - 1/4 oz Worcestershire Sauce - 2 Dashes Hot Sauce - 1 tsp Horseradish - 1 pinch of Black Pepper & Salt - 1 Celery Stalk & Green Olive (optional) Mixing Glass Rocks Glass or Highball Glass 1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, and stir. 2. Pour into a chilled Rocks (or Highball) glass over ice. 3. Garnish with a celery stalk and green olive (optional). Blue Lagoon - 1 oz Vodka 1. Combine vodka and blue curacao in a shaker, add ice, - 1 oz Blue Curacao and shake. Liqueur 2. Strain into a Highball glass - 4 oz Lemonade Highball Glass with ice. - Lemon Slice 3. Top with lemonade. - Lemon Twist 4. Garnish with a lemon slice and a lemon twist. 3
Blushing Mimosa - 1 oz Orange Juice - 1 oz Pineapple Juice Grenadine - 4 oz Sparkling Wine or Champagne - 1 Large Piece of Orange Peel (optional) Champagne Glass (flute or coupe) Vegetable Peeler 1. Combine first three ingredients in a Champagne glass and stir for a few seconds. 2. Top off with champagne. 3. Peel and zest an orange peel over the top of the cocktail and place in the glass (optional). Cape Cod - 3 oz Vodka - 2 oz Cranberry Juice - Lemon Wedge Highball Glass 1. Combine vodka and cranberry juice into Highball glass with ice, and stir well. 2. Squeeze lime wedge over the glass and drop in. Cosmopolitan - 2 oz Vodka 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake. - 3/4 oz Triple Sec Liqueur 2. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass. Cocktail Glass 3. Garnish with an orange twist. - 1 oz Cranberry Juice or Vegetable - Orange Twist Peeler 4
Cuba Libre - 2 oz Rum (white or dark) - 4 oz Cola - Lime Wedge - Mint Sprig (optional) Pint Glass 1. Combine rum and lime juice into Pint glass with ice, and stir. 2. Top with cola. 3. Add more ice if needed. 4. Garnish with a lime wedge (and optional mint sprig). Daiquiri - 2 oz White Rum Mesh Strainer Coupe Glass 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake. 2. Double strain into a chilled Coupe glass. Dry Martini - 2 1/2 oz Gin 1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass, add ice, and stir - 1/2 oz Dry Vermouth Mixing Glass until cold. - 3 Green Olives Julep Strainer Cocktail Glass 2. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass. 3. Garnish with olives (or a lemon twist). 5
French 75-1 1/2 oz Gin - Sparkling Wine Champagne Glass 1. Combine first three ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake vigorously. 2. Strain into a chilled Champagne glass. 3. Top with sparkling wine and stir gently. Gimlet - 2 oz Gin - 1 Lime Wheel (optional) Coupe Glass 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake. 2. Strain into a Coupe glass. 3. Garnish with a lime wheel (optional). Hurricane - 1 oz White Rum 1. Combine ingredients in a - 1 oz Dark Rum shaker, add ice, and shake. 2. Strain into a Hurricane glass Grenadine over crushed ice. - 1 oz Cranberry Juice Hurricane Glass 3. Top with an orange slice. - 1/4 oz Cocktail Artist - 1/2 oz Orange Juice - 1/4 oz Cocktail Artist - 1 Orange Slice 6
Lemon Drop - 2 oz Vodka - 1/2 oz Triple Sec Liqueur - Lemon Slice Cocktail Glass 1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add ice, and shake. 2. Strain into a chilled Cocktail glass. 3. Garnish with a lemon slice. Long Island Iced Tea - 2/3 oz White Rum - 2/3 oz Gin - 2/3 oz Blanco Tequila - 2/3 oz Vodka - 2/3 oz Triple Sec Liqueur - 2/3 oz Cocktail Artist - Cola - Lemon Wedge Highball Glass 1. Fill a Highball glass with ice and add all ingredients (except cola). 2. Top with a splash of cola and stir gently. 3. Garnish with a lemon wedge. - 1 1/2 oz White Rum - 1/2 oz Orange Curacao Liqueur - 1/4 oz Orgeat Almond Syrup - 3/4 oz Dark Rum - Pineapple Wedge - Lime Slice - Cocktail Cherry Mai Tai Highball Glass 1. Combine all ingredients excpet dark rum in a shaker with ice and shake. 2. Strain into a Highball glass over ice. 3. Float dark rum over the top of the glass. 4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, lime slice, and cocktail cherry. 7
Manhattan - 2 oz Bourbon Manhattan Mix - 2-3 Cocktail Cherries (optional) Mixing Glass Julep Strainer Martini Glass 1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with cubed ice and stir for 20 seconds. 2. Strain into a martini glass using a julep strainer. 3. Garnish with two or three cocktail cherries (optional). TRADITIONAL RECIPE To make a Manhattan from scratch, replace 1 oz of Cocktail Artist mix with the following: 2-3 dashes of aromatic bitters and 3/4 oz of sweet vermouth. Margarita - 2 oz Blanco Tequila - Salt Mesh Strainer Rocks Glass 1. Combine ingredients in a shaker with cubed ice. Add a pinch of salt and shake. 2.Double strain into a Rocks glass with large ice chunk (or cubed ice). Mint Julep Mint Syrup - 2 oz Bourbon - 1 Fresh Mint Sprig Shaker Tin Julep Glass 1. Combine mint syrup and bourbon in a shaker tin and swirl. 2. Pour into a Julep glass over ice. 3. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig. 8
9 Mojito - 2 oz White Rum Mint Syrup - 1 1/2 oz Soda Water - Fresh Mint Sprig - Lime Wedge or Wheel Collins Glass 1. Combine first three ingredients in a shaker with cubed ice and roll it (or shake lightly). 2. Pour 1 1/2 oz of soda water into a shaker and swirl it for a couple of seconds. 3. Pour contents from the shaker into a Collins glass (and top with more ice if needed). 4. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and lime wedge or wheel. Moscow Mule - 2 oz Vodka - 4 oz Cocktail Artist Mule Mix - 3 oz Soda Water - Lime Wedge - Bouquet of Fresh Mint Copper Mug Ice Scoop 1. Combine ingredients in a copper mug and add crushed ice to fill mug. 2. Squeeze lime wedge over the cocktail and drop in. 3. Garnish with a bouquet of fresh mint and serve with a double straw. TRADITIONAL RECIPE To make a Moscow Mule from scratch, replace 4 oz of Cocktail Artist mix and 3 oz of soda water with the following: Juice from half of a fresh lime and 3 oz of ginger beer. Negroni Rocks Glass Vegetable Peeler Manhattan Mix - 1 oz Gin - 1 oz Campari - 1 Orange Peel 1. Combine Manhattan mix, gin and Campari in a Rocks glass over ice and stir for 5-10 seconds. 2. Peel and zest an orange peel over the top of the cocktail and place in the glass.
Old Fashioned - 2 oz Bourbon or Rye Whiskey Old Fashioned Mix - 1 Large Piece of Orange Peel - 1 Large Piece of Lemon Peel Rocks Glass Vegetable Peeler TRADITIONAL RECIPE To make an Old Fashioned from scratch, replace 1 oz of Cocktail Artist mix with the following: 1. Combine ingredients in a rocks glass with a few cubes of ice and stir for 10 seconds. 2. Peel and zest an orange and a lemon peel over the top of the cocktail and place them in the glass. 3. Stir a couple of times and serve. Place a sugar cube in the glass along with 2-3 dashes of aromatic bitters and a few dashes of water and muddle together. Paloma - 2 oz Mezcal - Pinch of Salt - Grapefruit Soda - 1 Grapefruit Peel Collins Glass Vegetable Peeler 1. Combine mezcal, lime juice and salt in a shaker, add ice, and shake. 2. Strain into a Collins glass over ice. 3. Top with grapefruit soda. 4. Garnish with a grapefruit peel. Pina Colada - 2 oz White Rum - 3 oz Pineapple Juice - 1 1/2 oz Coconut Cream - 1/4 oz Cocktail Artist Lime juice - 1 cup ice - Pineapple Wedge Blender Hurricane Glass 1. Combine all ingredients in a blender with ice and blend until smooth. 2. Pour into a chilled Hurricane glass. 3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge. 10
Sazerac - 2 oz Rye Whiskey - 2 Dashes Peychaud s Bitters - 1 Absinthe - Lemon Twist Mixing Glass Julep Strainer Rocks Glass 1. Add absinthe to a chilled Rocks glass. Turn the glass to coat the sides, pour out the excess, and set aside. 2. Combine rye whiskey, simple syrup and bitters in mixing glass, add ice, and stir until cold. 3. Strain into chilled, absinthe-coated Rocks glass. 4. Garnish with a lemon twist. Sex on the Beach - 1 1/2 oz Vodka - 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps - 2 oz Cranberry Juice - 2 oz Orange Juice - Orange Wedge Collins Glass 1. Combine vodka and peach schnapps in a Collins glass over ice. 2. Add cranberry juice and orange juice, and stir gently. 3. Garnish with an orange wedge. Tequila Sunrise - 2 oz Tequila - 4 oz Orange Juice Mixing Glass Grenadine - Orange Slice Hurricane Glass - Cocktail Cherry 1. Combine tequila and orange juice in a mixing glass, add ice, and stir. 2. Strain into a chilled Hurricane glass over ice. 3. Slowly pour in grenadine, let settle, and stir gently. 4. Garnish with an orange slice and cocktail cherry. 11
12 Tom Collins - 2 oz Gin - Soda Water - Lemon Slice - Cocktail Cherry Collins Glass 1. Combine gin, lemon juice and simple syrup in a Collins glass, and stir. 2. Fill glass with ice cubes. 3. Top with soda water. 4. Garnish with a lemon slice and cocktail cherry. Whiskey Sour - One Egg White - 2 oz Rye Whiskey (or Bourbon) - 2 Cocktail Cherries and 1 Orange Slice Mesh Strainer Rocks Glass 1. Combine egg white, simple syrup, whiskey, lemon juice and lime juice in a shaker, and dry shake (i.e. without ice). 2. Add ice to shaker and shake. 3. Double strain into a Rocks glass over ice. 4. Garnish with cocktail cherries. White Russian - 2 oz Vodka - 1 oz Coffee Liqueur - 1 oz Cream (or Whole Milk) Rocks Glass 1. Combine vodka and coffee liqueur in a Rocks glass with ice. 2. Pour cream off the back of the spoon over the glass. 3. Stir gently with a straw.
