For many years associated with the aperitif named Kir, Bourgogne Aligoté now asserts the qualities of its flavours and shines alone! Made with Aligoté, worthily representing 6% of all grape varieties planted in the Burgundy area, it highlights this type of grape that is making its comeback thanks to winegrowers efforts to restrict its yields. Vines are generally planted in piedmont slopes, but the characteristics and sensations of this wine depend greatly on provenance. Our Burgundy Aligoté comes from vines planted in the village of Auxey-Duresses. Bourgogne Chardonnay, a grape variety that has become so well-known worldwide, is the most typical example of what Chardonnay can reveal in its original birthplace, where it is at its furthest boundary of cultivation. Vines are generally found in piedmont slopes, but the characteristics and sensations of the wine will vary depending on provenance. In fact, this appellation now stretches across more than 300 towns and villages. Our Bourgogne Chardonnay comes from plots located in the villages of Saint-Romain and de Volnay, in the appellations of Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune and Burgundy. Grape variety: 100% Aligoté. Average age of the vines: 25 and 40 years old. Certification for organic vine growing. Surface area under vine: 0.5999 ha. Yield: 40 hl/ha. Orientation: South-East facing. Soils: clay-limestone, ploughed. Harvest hand-picked, using crates, on 7 th September Clarification in a stainless-steel vat for 24h at 12 C. Wine moved to neutral 500 and 600-litre oak barrels 100% by gravity. Natural alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentations. Maturation in barrels for 12 months and 4 months in vat. Fining with bentonite and a light filtration prior to bottling on 1 st February 2017. With a pale golden hue, this Bourgogne Aligoté 2015 is extremely fresh with lemony, acacia scents, along with some delicate buttery hints. Quite full on the palate, the finish is fresh and lively. A pure, refreshing, vibrant style, this wine is easy to enjoy when young and will be ideal as an aperitif or served to accompany more elaborate dishes. Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay. Average age of the vines: 25 and 40 years old. Certification for organic vine growing. Surface area under vine: 0.70 ha. Yield: 50 hl/ha. Orientation: South-East facing. Soils: limestone and clay-limestone, ploughed. Harvest hand-picked, using crates, from 3 rd to 5 th September Wine moved to barrels 100% by gravity, with 10% of new French barrels, mainly 450 and 350-litre Natural alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentations in Maturation in barrels for 12 months, vat for 4 months. Fining with bentonite and light filtration prior to bottling on 1st February 2017. Showing a crystalline yellow colour and golden tints, this 2015 Burgundy gives floral scents and reveals surprising freshness for this warm vintage. Superb freshness is confirmed on the palate with a lively first taste highlighting citrus flavours. With a pure, long, persistent style, this fresh wine that is easy to enjoy when young, will be an ideal accompaniment to aperitifs, as well as more elaborate dishes.

Directly outside the town of Dijon, the Fixin vineyard, just north of Gevrey-Chambertin, opens the gateway to the Côte de Nuits. Red wines of character are produced here and more rarely, white wines that show strong personality too. At the foot of its high cliff, Saint-Romain is the finest example of the Hautes-Côtes-de-Beaune, where the landscape widens out to offer vast views. This enclosure brings to perfection the two Burgundy grape varieties, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Our Saint-Romain 2015 comes from a blend of several of our plots named Sous Roche, Sous le Château, Le Jarron, La Perrière and En Chevrot. We do the winemaking. Harvested by us since 1999, this plot is located in the village, under the appellation 1 er Cru Clos Napoléon. Average age of the vines: 50 years old. Certification for organic vine growing. Surface area under vine: 0.35 ha. Yield: 36 hl/ha. Orientation: South-East facing. Soils: brown limestone. Harvest hand-picked, using crates, on 30 th August Wine moved to barrels 100% by a sytem of gravity, with 18% new 228 and 350-litre French Natural alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentation in Maturation in barrels for 14 months, vat for 2 months. Light fining and light filtration prior to bottling on 2 nd February 2017. With a crystalline pale yellow colour and greenish tinges, exuding hints of citrus and flint, this Saint-Romain 2015 has exceptional freshness for this vintage. On the palate, this freshness is heightened by a lively, light first taste enhancing its minerality. With a pure style, this fresh, long wine, very enjoyable when young, will accompany your aperitifs as well as more elaborate dishes. Aging potential: 2017-2022.

Icon of Burgundy and capital of its fine wines, Beaune naturally draws like a magnet all lovers of Burgundy wines, especially when its renowned Wine Auction is being held at the Hospices de Beaune. With its 450 hectares of vines, the Beaune winegrowing area is one of the most extensive of the Côte. It has 42 climats classified as Premiers Crus, which alone represent almost 70% of the surface area of the appellation. On this relatively consistent hillside, a majority of red wines are produced, as well as some magnificent white wines. At the heart of the Côte de Beaune, the Meursault winegrowing area is the entry to the terroir of the very finest white wines, which continues along all the southern part of this hillside. Famous worldwide, the wines of Meursault are distinguished by their qualities of roundness, richness and minerality. The AOC Côte de Brouilly is one the most renowned appellations of the Beaujolais region. The winegrowing area clings to the slopes of Mont Brouilly, covering it almost totally, allowing just the peak of the hill to emerge, protected by a beautiful chapel, whence the Virgin keeps a watchful eye. The soils comprised of Brouilly bluestone recall their volcanic origins. Their specific character is found in the wines. The delimited area of the Bourgogne appellation is vast and stretches over more than 300 towns and villages of Burgundy s winegrowing region, therefore producing a great variety of wines. Our Burgundy Pinot Noir is made with grapes from vines located in the village of Volnay, as well those in Savigny-les-Beaune and de Prémeaux-Prissey. Grape variety: 100% Gamay. Average age of the vines: 45 years old. Orientation: South facing. Soils: granite and schist. Traditional Beaujolais style winemaking, semi-carbonic maceration of whole grape bunches. A system of metal grates to sink the cap and pumpingover done several times. Vatting time: 16 days. Maturation in vat for 10 months and in barrels for 11 months. No filtration prior to bottling, done by gravity on 10 th July 2017. It displays a rich purple, ruby colour. This wine opens up on intense aromas of small red and black fruit. Concentrated on the palate, it stays fresh and the minerality of the terroir is fully revealed. Made for aging, this wine will reveal its elegance completely after a few years of aging. Service temperature: between 16 and 17 C. Average age of the vines: 35-40 years old. Surface area under vine: 1.60 ha. Yield: 17 hl/ha. Orientation: East, South-East, North-East facing. Harvest hand-picked, using crates, on 4 th September Grapes checked on a sorting table and de-stemmed. Winemaking done in a stainless-steel vat; natural alcoholic fermentation; regular cap-punching and pumping-over.
