How to Book Terms & Conditions A 10.00 per person deposit is required within 7 days to confirm your booking. Should this not be received the booking will be cancelled. The outstanding balance is required 4 weeks prior to your event date. If the balance is not received by this date the booking will automatically be cancelled. Bookings made after Wednesday 31st October 2018 will require payment in full at the time of booking. All bedroom reservations cannot be booked until the deposit payment has been made. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Only the lead name on the booking can make changes to the booking, such as adding guests & making payments. Deposits, part payments & full payments are non-refundable & non-transferable under any circumstances. We recommend that you take out event insurance to cover you in the case of cancellation. In the event of cancellation by the hotel, an alternative date will be offered or a full refund given without liability to the hotel. Our menu is correct at time of print & may be subject to change. Beverages will be held by our security department & returned at the end of the evening. No corkage available. Bar accounts can only be set up on the evening if a credit card is given. The Ballroom may be be set with long tables, so some parties, dependant on size, will be sharing with other groups.
