BULL EUROPE TIMELINE Bull Europe Limited was setup as an equal partnership between Bull Outdoor Products Inc, and AG Investments Limited, a company brand AG Investments Limited; a Malta-based company at the heart of the Mediterranean. The location is strategically positioned to service the EMEA market. July 2013 AGP Systems Ltd (Est.1995) have gathered extensive experience in design, installation and servicing of catering equipment for the food service sector and in 2013 it became an active Bull Authorised Dealer in Europe. Impressed by the Quality of Bull Products and the market s amazing response, Bull Inc. were encouraged to invest in a European Distribution Project. December 2014 On the 1st December a meeting was held at the Bull HQ in Rialto CA, between Mark Nureddine (President), Frank Mello (VP) and the Zammit brothers, (Directors of AG Investments Group). The synergies between the companies and management style were acknowledged. It was decided that a Distribution hub would be set up jointly to serve the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa). In addition, as Bull are renowned for their Deliverable Quality Outdoor Kitchen Islands, the construction of these would be undertaken by another subsidiary of the AG Investments Group in Malta, Zamco Caterware Limited (Est.1975) which has 40 Years of manufacturing experience. The existing plant and experience in the industry could guarantee that Bull Islands manufactured in Malta, would be of the standard expected from the Bull brand. April 2015 Bull Europe Limited was established. Mark and Frank visited Malta, and signed the agreement at the Bull Europe HQ for the EMEA Market, Zamco Building. June 2015 The Bull Europe Team at the production plant in Malta manufactured the first islands identical in material and finishes to those manufactured in CA and TN in the USA. July - November 2015 The Deliverable Outdoor Kitchen concept is a huge success in Malta, Standard, Semi Custom and Full Custom Islands were installed in various locations right from season 1 and all within 4 weeks from order. December 2015 Bull Europe Sponsors the Duke of Edinburgh Award in Malta and is presented a recognition award in the presence of HRH The Duke of Edinburgh in person. Commencement of the Bull Product Familiarisation visit program kicks off, and on 1st December Bull Europe hosts the first group of candidate Authorised Dealers in Malta for a 3 day full immersion program on Bull Outdoor Products including Bull Europe s Outdoor Kitchen manufacturing facility and EMEA HQ tour. 2016 As is customary for Bull, the 2016 product line-up presents a number of enhancements such as the NEW RELIABULL flame tamers, new hood design and a host of other enhancements now also bearing in mind the European Market s needs. New components are created for the Outdoor Kitchens such as the LPG Gas Bottle Side Door to fit all European LPG gas tanks. New European Style finishes are introduced.
