Hotel Brighton is a three level venue equipped with a traditional public bar, a dining room, a level one deck bar suitable for all seasons with its retractable roof, an upstairs outdoor courtyard, and last but not least, the Night Bar, perfect for functions. Here at Hotel Brighton we have an array of spaces available to suit any occassion. Hosting wedding receptions, engagement parties as well as birthdays, Christmas functions, and corporate gatherings. Hotel Brighton is suitable for any size or event. Hotel Brighton will not only host your event, we can organise every detail from begining to end, covering decorations, entertainment and more. THE VENUE THE NIGHT BAR THE BOOTHS THE DECK AREA THE DINING ROOM The Night Bar is available exclusively for private functions such as birthday parties and engagement parties, accommodating for up to 150 guests. The Night Bar is also available for presentations, meetings, displays & private lunch or dinner bookings. The booths are located within the Night Bar and are perfect for smaller functions of up to 30 people, or both booths can be joined together for larger groups of up to 60. Areas of the deck bar can be sectioned off for groups ranging from 10 people to 50. The deck sections are perfect paired with our Party Packs for birthdays, or even just small gatherings. Our downstairs dining area can cater for sit down functions of up to 75 people. Groups of 20 guests and more have the option of selecting our set menu for their dining experience.

Wedding Options Hotel Brighton offers couples a relaxed wedding ceremony and reception, where we are flexible according to your styling, season and size of your wedding. We offer locations for your ceremony and reception within the venue and have standing space for up to 200 guests Our Events team can assist you in tailoring menu, wine and drinks packages to ensure your day is perfect. Ceremony Options Room options: Deck or Nightbar Room Hire (1-3 hour duration): $400 including set up, staffing and sound system use. Seating Capacity: 40-50pax Standing Capacity: 120-200pax Please note there are additional costs for a celebrant, red carpet, styling and more extras. Reception Options Hotel Brighton offers gourmet catering selections to satisfy your function's requirements. Choose from our packages available, or sit down with our chef to discuss a tailored menu option. Minimum spends apply for excluisve use of our function room on Friday and Saturday evenings, with room hire charges applying on other days of the week. BEVERAGE OPTIONS BAR TAB CASH BAR DRINK VOUCHERS DRINKS PACKAGES Nominate what drinks you woud like available & a bar tab can be set up for your function with a specified limit. The bar tab may be increased over the duration of the event if requested. Wristbands will be available for all guests to gain access to the bar tab. With a fully stocked bar and beers on tap, your guests will be able to select from a long list of drinks, which are available for purchase throughout your function. Thinking about just treating your guests to a drink on arrival? We can create drinks vouchers for your guests to exchange at the bar. Prices of vouchers differ depending on what drinks you would like available to your guests. Our drinks packages are avilable for groups of 50 or more and include classic, silver and gold options. Prices are per person, and all guests in attendance must be provided for. Please note that all wines are served by the glass only.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS DO WE NEED TO HIRE SECURITY? IF SO, HOW MUCH? CAN YOU ORGANISE ENTERTAIN- MENT FOR MY FUNCTION? WHAT HAPPENS AT THE CONCLU- SION OF MY EVENT? IS THERE A ROOM HIRE FEE OR MINIMUM SPEND? Yes we usually advise security for groups above 80 guests or upon the client s request. The charge is $80 per guard for the evening, with the number of guards dependent on the final number of guests. DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS / FACILITIES? Unfortunately our upstairs area of our venue does not have wheelchair or disabled access. ARE MINORS ALLOWED IN THE VENUE? Unfortunately we do not allow minors in our upstairs event & bar space past 10pm within accordance to the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998. Yes, our team is happy to organise entertainment for your event. The cost of the entertainment is often dependent on day, duration & time. Please note that this is only if you have a space exclusively that we can offer exclusive entertainment for your group. CAN YOU ORGANISE MY DECORATIONS? Yes, if provided with a budget & styling brief we are able to accommodate for your desired look for our space. If looking at organising your own decorations you must advise of all decisions prior to your event with your function manager. For decorations, we recommend Party Affair at 276 Bay Street, who deliver free of charge to our venue. Contact them on 9596 4046 At the conclusion of your 3 to 4 hour duration function, the pole ropes & signage which section off your function from the public will be removed. Before this, your catering payment must be finalised in full, with an option off continuing your bar tab upon request with your function manager. DO YOU CATER FOR DIETARY REQUIREMENTS? Yes, prior to the function you will have organised your catering package & selections, & are given the opportunity to advise of any guests dietary requirements. We will then do our best to cater for these special requirements. On Friday and Saturday evenings when hiring our Night bar exclusively for either a 3 or 4 hour duration, there is a minimum spend of $4,000 made up in both catering & beverages for your group. Please note that if this amount is not reached then the client is required to pay the remaining amount to reach this minimum spend (management also reserve the right to impose a minimum spend on other weeknights however this will be advise in the initial booking stages of your function). On Sundays through to Thursdays there is a room hire fee of $100 that will be added to your final bill.
