Chef Demonstrations July 28th, 29th & 30th At 10AM & 2 PM each day $25 for all 6 sessions Ladies Luncheon Saturday, July 30th You may still register for the Luncheon. All ladies are invited to attend this luncheon. Pleas notify the registrar to add to your registration. Our caterer needs to know how many to prepare for; therefore, limited tickets will be available at the rally. RALLY SCHEDULE The schedule will be in your Goodie Bag" that you will receive upon your arrival. The rally officially begins Wednesday, July 27, 2016 with the vendors opening from Noon until 4pm and seminars during the afternoon. There will be a WELCOME PREVIEW with SNACKS, DRINKS, and a chance to preview the NEW COACHES in the coach display area at 5pm Wednesday evening. Early parking available on July 24th $35.00 per night You must register in advance for early parking do not arrive before your registration date! REMEMBER.. If you arrive the first day of the rally, you have probably missed three days of fun and camaraderie!

Information Booth You may pick up your mail daily during the rally at the Information Booth. Any other information you may need during the rally may be obtained at the Information Booth. First Timers Welcome! There is a First Timers meeting following breakfast Thursday, July 28, 2016 in the Empire Theater located in the Art & Home Center. If this is your first Monaco International Rally, this meeting is for you! The information you will receive is invaluable and will enhance your first rally experience. Monacos-in-Motion The Monacos-in-Motion business meeting and luncheon will be held on Friday, July 29th. Signup begins on Wednesday, July 27th near the Information Booth in the Vendor Area in the Art & Home Center. An email has been sent for you to register for this service. Service will be limited to those parking on the rally site no exceptions! EZ Pass E-ZPass is an electronic toll collection system that allows you to prepay your tolls, eliminating the need to stop at the toll plazas. The New York State Thruway, Massachusetts Turnpike and many bridges accept EZ Pass. For more information: https://www.e-zpassny.com Book Exchange There will be a book exchange. Turn in your old books at the Information Booth and redeem different books Sunday morning.
PARKING INFORMATION Name Identification Placard You will receive a colored name Placard when you arrive at the gate for the rally which contains the date of your arrival and registration information on the back. Please tape this to the windshield of your coach before you arrive at the rally. This enables the greeters and parking committee to handle your arrival in an efficient manner. For your convenience, the amount you have paid to register for the rally is listed on the back of the Name Identification Placard. Arrival Date Absolutely No arrival before Sunday, July 24, 2016. Early Parking Fees Early parking is $35 per night in the campground (electric, sewer and water). Parking Hours The parking hours are from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Sunday thru Thursday! If you arrive after 4:00 PM, please remain in the holding area. You will be checked in and parked the following morning. Jack Pads Please bring wood or plastic pads to place under your jacks since some of the parking will be on asphalt. If your coach is equipped with leveling jacks, you MUST provide pads for under your jacks!!! Goody Bags & Registration Packet The Greeters will meet you as you arrive and give you your Goody Bag and Value Packet. Be sure to familiarize yourself with the rally schedule and information booklet. You don't want to miss anything! Parking Together If you would like to park with your friends, you must arrive together. Have a separate sheet in your windshield indicating the number of coaches in your group i.e.: 1 of 4, 2 of 4, 3 of 4, 4 of 4. Have your leader tell the greeters and parkers the number in your group. Handicapped Parking Handicapped parking is available with a valid DMV issued sticker/tag only. In order for you to be in Handicapped parking, you must have indicated your need at the time of registration. A copy of your Handicap Placard is required with your registration and at the gate when you check in. Your "Name Identification Placard" is coded in order to better serve you on your arrival. Tow Vehicles Each site will have room for one "car" tow vehicle. Those arriving with a trailer will be escorted to a separate lot to unhook and stow your trailer. You will then be escorted to your site upon the rally grounds.
COME PREPARED We suggest that you arrive with both your diesel and propane tanks be full. Don t forget your jack pads. Unpainted solid blocks of wood (12 X 12 X 3/4 or 12 X 10 X 2 ) Or purchased plastic pads Designed for this purpose Must be used under all levelers. It is easily accessible from the New York State Thruway (Rt. 90) from the West and East, and from Route 81, North and South. Just follow the signs to the Fairgrounds once you enter the Syracuse area. From the West - Buffalo Area Take the New York State Thruway (Rt. 90 East) to Exit 39, then follow Rt. 690 East. From the East - Albany Area Take the New York State Thruway (Rt. 90 West) to Exit 39, then follow Rt. 690 East. From the North - Watertown Area Take Interstate 81 South into Syracuse to Exit 22. Follow Bear Street (Rt. 298) to Rt. 690 West. From the South - Binghamton Area Take Interstate 81 North into Syracuse, then follow Rt. 690 West. Enter Gate 6 to the Fairgrounds
