Bridal Brunch Buffet: These menus offer versatility, beautiful foods, "something different," and all at surprisingly affordable prices. Remember the menus are only a starting point; we will mix and match to design a menu to suit your taste. Our Event Manager is available to discuss options. Explanation of Services: Delivery Service: Your food is hot and ready to eat in disposable cater-ware, along with disposable plates, forks and napkins. Delivery Charge will apply. Service Express: Includes Set-up, table tables, stainless steel chafers, serving utensils, along with clear acrylic plates, forks, and napkins. -We come back after 4 hours to breakdown and clean-up buffet. 18% Service Charge will apply. Full Service: 4 hour full-service event includes set-up, breakdown, staffing (1 server per 30 guests), Table linens, Candles, Chaffers, Serving Utensils and Dinnerware (Clear Acrylic plates, forks, napkins and cups. -Cake Cutting: Cake cutting services are complimentary with full service.
