about our menu This menu was crafted with the environment in mind using natural and recycled materials. The cover is made from 100% cotton fiber and is printed with vegetable based inks and finished with a water-based coating. The inside panel uses recycled chipboard and the menu pages were made from 100% post-consumer recycled materials that are FSC Certified, Green-e Certified and Carbon Neutral. The printing was done digitally using liquid toner that is free of any hazardous air pollutants. 100% recycled products use 44% less energy and produce 38% less greenhouse gas emissions, 50% less wastewater, 49% less solid waste and, of course, 100% less wood. 2010 MarkeTeam Inc.
