Provisional bookings will be held for seven days. A 15.00 per person deposit (non-refundable) is required to confirm your booking (one payment is appreciated i.e. no individual cheques/payments from all attendees). 3. Full payment is required by 2nd November 2017. 4. Food and wine pre-orders must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the event. 5. All bookings are subject to availability. 6. The hotel will endeavour to sit groups together wherever possible but this cannot be guaranteed. 7. If a pre-ordered wine is out of stock we will replace this with a wine of similar or better quality. 8. The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time. 9. Under no circumstances are deposits, part payments or full payments refundable or transferrable except in the event of cancellation by the hotel. 10. A contract must be signed and returned to confirm you have read and understand the terms and conditions. 11.
