Type A Catering requires staffing based on the following guidelines: Heavy Hors D oeuvres with Disposables - 1 server per 50 guests Heavy Hors D oeuvres with China - 1 server per 40 guests Buffet Dinner with Disposables - 1 server per 32-40 guests Buffet Dinner with China - 1 server per 24-32 guests Plated Dinner (China only) - 1 server per 24 guests Bartenders/Non-Alcoholic Beverage Attendants - 1 per 75 guests Site Chefs - 1 per 50 guests Captains - 1 per 200 guests Disposables Type A Catering can provide either heavy duty clear plastic or green bamboo and palm leaf plates and cutlery for your event. The cost per person for dinnerware, napkin, and flatware is $2.50 per person. To add clear plastic barware, add $1.00 per person.

A soft bar includes Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Orange & Cranberry Juice, Soda & Tonic Water, Fruit Garnishes, Ice, Plastic Barware and Cocktail Napkins. The cost is $4.00 per person.
