Year by year, progress and growth have been unstoppable. 32 has become a cult beer. The discerning and demanding 32 consumer finds constant quality in the products and appreciates the highlighting of flavours and the strong identity. The lack of filtering and pasteurization gives a rich blend of aromas and tastes in all their different forms. 32 has always expressed itself through precise values: quality, continuity, originality, creativeness, research. Always from an environmentally-sustainable point of view. Strong, spiced, top-fermented ale, bottle conditioned. Appearance: white, compact, fine and persistent head; pale straw yellow colour; fine perlage. Bouquet: hints of citrus fruit, warm yellow flowers (dandelion, camomile), almond and peach in syrup. Flavour: an astringent citrussy sensation attacks the tip of the tongue, while any bitter sensation is released on the mid palate. Highly quaffable, typical Belgian watery ale. Alcohol content: 8.4 % Excellent with: rich food but without greasy sauces, smoked or savoury dishes since the ale has little hoppiness. Serving temperature: 10-12 C Spiced top-fermented ale made with spelt and barley malt, bottle conditioned. Appearance: white, compact, fine and persistent head; lemony colour. Bouquet: floral notes, aromas of exotic fruit with a slight citrussy acidity and hints of straw, hay and bread crumbs. Flavour: refreshing, slightly acidulous (due to the spices), in which malt and hops are delicately blended. Quaffable beer with a medium body, although with more texture than other products in the same category. Alcohol content: 5.8 % Excellent with: raw vegetables with dip, delicate foods without greasy sauces, such as fish or white meat, fresh soft cheeses, sponge cake. Serving temperature: 10-12 C Highly hopped top-fermented beer, bottle conditioned. Appearance: white, compact, fine and persistent head; light colour with coppery glints, sometimes there is a yeast cloud; fine perlage. Bouquet: notes of caramel and toffee with herbaceous sensations and fruity hints of ripe pineapple. Flavour: well-balanced between a caramel flavour and a pronounced bitter finish. Full-bodied beer. Alcohol content: 5.5 % Excellent with: fatty and rich foods. Serving temperature: 10-12 C. 7

WINE Borgo antico A NATURAL PROSECCO FRUIT OF A WISE BLEND BETWEEN INNOVATION AND TRADITION Borgo Antico is a family owned winery in the hills of Conegliano Veneto, a land with moraine origins and a clay-rich core, which has always been devoted to wine cultivation, giving its wines delicate fragrances and particularly determined aromas. The adventure began in 1973; since then Leonardo Marchesin absorbed the atmosphere, and learnt the secrets of a fascinating world. This winery uses only grapes of its own production and those of bestowers which have been carefully selected and supervised. Special care starts with the consideration given to the plant by avoiding herbicides and minimizing the use of chemical products. The harvest, done exclusively by hand in boxes, certainly adds value and quality to the final product. Once the grapes finally arrive in the winery, they are manually poured out of boxes. A portion is gently pressed while the other is put through a cold maceration process in order to enhance the extraction of primary aromas. The processing in an inert environment allows for a low sulphur level, for the aromas to remain pure thus acquiring a peculiarity that goes directly to the palate and at the same time is enjoyable thus reflecting and representing its original territory. Monsooned coffee are uniquely Indian. Monsooning method was discovered by accident in 1950 when the coffee beans shipped from the Malabar coast ports and traveling to Europe during the months of monsoon winds the beans with moisture swelled. The result is a coffee with a lasting sweet taste. The preparation of Monsooned coffee is an elaborate process and the whole operation of monsooning takes about 10 to 12 weeks. The monsooning process is carried out from June to September, when the southwestern monsoon is very intense on the West Coast Indiana. The coffees are scattered on the floor and mopped regularly and it takes about 8 to 10 days to absorb the necessary moisture. During this process, coffee beans will swell up to one and half times the normal size whilst color changes to a pale white and gold. Coffee with hints of spices and dried fruit, nuts and almonds.
