For example 40 guests requires a minimum of four platters to be purchased. * Minimum spend apply on Friday and Saturday nights ** Only available until 9pm on Friday and Saturday nights Room hire is taken as a deposit. All platters orders, beverage tabs and beverage packages are required to be pre paid seven days prior to your function. 10
Booking Information Terms and conditions CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT Function bookings will only be confirmed once the confirmation form has been signed and returned with credit card details. Your room hire charge to cover the cost of the area will be taken as a deposit from the credit card details on file. This does not include food and beverage.this deposit is non-refundable. IDENTIFICATION All guests must have a current Western Australia drivers license, a current Western Australia proof of age card or a current passport as photo identification. DRESS CODE Neat, casual dress is required at all times. All guests are asked to please respect our door policy. No thongs, no board shorts, no singlets, no shorts, no fightwear, no hats, no facial or neck tattoos after 6pm. Management has the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with these dress standards. RESPONSIBLE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL Tiger Lil s reserves the right to refuse the supply of alcoholic beverages to any patron that is considered to be intoxicated or behaving in an offensive manner. Should a function have attendees under the age of 18, they will need to be accompanied by a legal guardian at all times and are not permitted to approach the bar. CONSUMPTION OF FOOD AND BEVERAGE No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the venue by the client or any other person attending the function, unless by prior arrangement with Tiger Lil s. DECORATIONS Tiger Lil s welcomes the supply of your own decorations. Please note that decorations are not permitted to be attached to any of the venues infrastructure. DAMAGE Any damage to the property of Tiger Lil s is the financial responsibility of the function organiser. Tiger Lil s accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal property. PAYMENT Payment will be processed and payable seven days prior to your function. Payment can be made by cash, EFTPOS or with credit card details. Payment by cheque will only be accepted on prior consultation with the Functions Manager. FINAL NUMBERS All function requirements including minimum number of attendees are to be provided no later than seven days prior to the function date, however numbers may increase with sufficient prior notice. CANCELLATION POLICY Written notice to the Functions Manager is required to cancel a booking; all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellation made seven days prior to your function date will incur the full cost of the estimated food component of your function. 11
