Welcome on board If you re travelling with us for the first time, we hope you have a fantastic trip. If you have joined us before on one of our regional services, we re glad you re back! NSW TrainLink connects communities around New South Wales. Our Regional train network and coach services link cities and towns throughout the State, giving our customers the opportunity to visit new places and explore our State. We ve updated this menu for the autumn and winter seasons and hope you ll enjoy the food and beverages on offer. Autumn and winter are an exciting time to discover what our regional communities and centres have to offer. You ll find a wide variety of activities, arts, culture, festivals and events happening across New South Wales, and you can find a taste of some events occurring over the next few months in this menu. Whenever travelling across our State I always relish the opportunity to discover the wonders of our regional cities and centres. It s a perfect opportunity for me to immerse myself in the history and culture of a place, to taste amazing local produce and spend time in stunning natural surroundings. To name but one, a recent trip to Bathurst, Australia s oldest inland settlement, gave me the chance to find out more about its rich history and experience the vibrancy of this growing regional city. It s home to the world famous Bathurst 1000 motor race and National Motor Racing Museum, award winning cool climate wineries and one of the oldest art galleries in New South Wales. Autumn and winter are also great times of year to visit Bathurst and the greater Central West region. The surroundings explode with autumnal colours at this time of the year making for a spectacular view, with crisp days and occasional snowfalls carpeting the landscape in winter. Like many regional locations we proudly serve, it s truly stunning. I hope you enjoy your chance to discover, explore and experience our amazing and diverse State. On behalf of all the team at NSW TrainLink have a safe and enjoyable journey. Best wishes Pete Allaway Chief Operating Officer NSW TrainLink
