NEW YEAR S EVE LUXURY BREAK Arrive from 3pm and check-in to your room or suite, enjoy a walk in the grounds, time in the spa or relax by the fire in the Bar whilst preparing for the night of celebrations ahead. Join us from 7pm in the Garden Room for our Black-Tie Gala Dinner starting with a glass of fizz and canapés before being seated for dinner at 7:45pm. All accommodation bookings will require a non-refundable deposit of 40 per room to be paid at the time of booking. 2. Residential Packages which include Christmas Day Lunch or New Year s Eve require a non-refundable deposit of 100 per person to be paid at the time of booking. 3. Final payment for residential packages is due by 30th November 2017. Bookings made after this time will require full payment at the time of booking. 4. Accommodation rates published in this brochure cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO ALL EVENTS 1. All monies paid in advance are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be used towards other goods or services.
