your special day let s get married... We hope you ll choose Maryculter House Hotel and our award-winning wedding team. We can hold your provisional booking for 14 days, after which we require a non-refundable deposit of 1,000 accompanied by your completed booking form agreeing to our terms and conditions to secure your wedding date. On receipt of this deposit and paperwork, your booking will be confirmed and you will receive a confirmation letter. 50% of the estimated cost of the wedding is payable six months prior to your wedding. 75% of the estimated cost is payable three months prior. The remaining balance payable 14 days prior. At this stage we also require your final guest numbers and table plan. We can reserve additional bedrooms for your guests by arrangement.
